“豆豉蝦”,蝦還是新鮮的,底味也不錯,不過走油時略厭炸得不夠透,蝦殼未夠脆,於是那些沒有修過的蝦頭蝦尾就很影響口感,一不小心嘴巴會遭殃!

大榮華的點心似乎是走舊式路線,專注傳統的味道。胡椒豬肚湯,胡椒味濃,豬肚爽口。當歸豬手,當歸帶點微苦,豬手軟腍。香煎西都魚餅,以為是什麼新鮮東西,竟然就是泰式魚餅。家鄉煎藕餅,藕粒爽口鮮甜,不過肉餅調味有點太鹹。沙薑大雞腳,沙薑用另外的小碟裝著,比較難蘸取。潮州粉果,沙葛鮮甜,花生香脆,是我喜歡的傳統的味道。冬筍鮮蝦餃,比平時慣常的蝦餃多了爽脆的冬筍,口感多了層次。紫薯沙水晶飽,樣子漂亮,水晶皮彈牙,紫薯不會太甜,感覺健康。一個不錯的飲茶好去處。

瘦叉燒唔會乾柴柴,肉嫩有汁😚

千層馬拉糕我嘅印象以前係會成大籠叫㗎,仲有豬油撈飯都係呢度嘅特色不過朋友話晏晝冇得食。😛

反而想講吓個灼生菜,上枱好似將一個西生菜切開一半,成個太空館咁。好懷疑佢有冇洗過㗎呢?😨

炸両就真係麻麻地,條油炸鬼已經林晒啦!😖
整體大致都OK嘅。不過不失!

行開九龍灣,忽然間想食一啲傳統嘅粵菜,就諗起大榮華圍村菜,見時間尚早,未夠七點,姑且一試, Walk in去試吓有冇位,好好彩地俾我哋四個人,坐埋最後呢張枱。七點未夠,大榮華已經差不多坐滿了人,我們急不及待即刻點了它著名的五味雞,再加上一個瓦撐焗石斑,黑胡椒豬肚煲及通菜炒鮮魷。五味雞,一如以往,不負所望,石斑嫰滑,用瓦撐焗,能夠保住它的鮮味; 通菜炒鮮油,魷魚新鮮,胡椒豬肚煲,簡直要連胡椒湯都飲埋。最後再食埋它出名啲馬拉糕,加上飯後送的紅豆沙,大家捧住個肚走,大滿足!

當日同友人一班Hea 行咗一轉郊野, 基本上休息多過行。車費同船費都稍稍貴。行完後來到九龍灣大榮華。好耐無嚟而疫情下這裡跟其他店一樣4人限聚我們要分兩枱。 現在餐廳有一張均一價嘅餐牌。圍頭小菜超過100款, 每款$98 但炒時蔬係$78 茶錢$9/位。比較好食嘅要算半只"五味雞"雞肉爽滑。不過豉油鹵水味全都在雞皮上。雞肉當然無咩雞味。但以豉油雞去計價錢是否有點貴?大榮華小炒皇這店嘅小炒皇落咗蜆肉係比較少見嘅配料。 同時大量櫻花蝦乾灑上面。反而沒有用大蝦乾及土魷。可能咁係圍村菜的特色啩。薑蔥爆牛仔粒 大蔥段只是輕輕炒過未完全炒透所以還剩餘大量辛辣味。友人L 受不了這辛辣味。最後吃剩大量大蔥。竹笙羅漢齋可算是全晚最難食嘅小菜, 雪耳好似未浸透水咁乾硬化。冬菇厚肉但無味。竹笙只有好少, 菜式雖然未能盡如人意, 服務就一般吧!

聽聞依度有豬油撈飯,媽咪最鍾意食,所以帶佢過嚟食晚飯。可能我未食過,以為系已經撈好嘅豬油飯,原來係會分開上嘅,先黎左碗白飯,之後侍應就會拎咗一支是油同豬油,俾你自己撈。淡啲咸啲都任君選擇,撈左豬油嘅飯好有油香,雖然唔係咩名貴食材,但都會令你忍唔住食完一啖又一啖。砵仔魚腸焗蛋面嗰浸金黃色脆卜卜,好有蛋香味,魚腸一啲都吾腥。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,鵝油香,正!

上兩個月中午來過大榮華圍村菜吃點心午餐,看到點心紙印着下午茶大中小點一律22元。今天便特來飲下午茶,發現也有些小點也售15元,點心也是一般水準以上便不多談。見到肥滔哥熱誠介紹剛入了十隻奄仔蟹,用來滾粥很鮮甜,價錢也合理,110元一煱,便order試下。粥上桌,香氣撲鼻而來,蟹香伴着濃郁腐竹香味,一整隻蟹賣相也不錯。用上白果腐竹,粥底綿厚,配上奄仔蟹,鮮甜。但這蟹粥是不在菜牌上的,今天有緣吃到也是幸運。
