九龍灣大榮華酒樓已經開了很多年了,以前常常去飲茶,但最近覺得太多人了,服務也差了,所以已經少去了很多。今天母親大人說,想食大榮華嘅奶黃馬拉糕,所以孝順的兒女就馬上去大榮華攞位,非常好彩地係下午茶的時間能夠攞到位置。點心依舊,味道沒有太大的改變,還是傳統的味道。最喜歡的還是「胡椒豬肚湯」胡椒味香濃。「當歸豬手」當歸味濃。「奶黃馬拉糕」幸好保持一貫水準。老字號還是捨得落本錢的,下午茶還是相當抵食的。但是服務不敢恭維,有個侍應叔叔,招呼周到。但是其他的侍應姐姐,就常常企在一邊看電話,傾偈。負責帶位的知客姐姐,就黑口黑面,可能客人太多了吧。這裏的侍應都是做了很多年的,很多都是熟口熟面,可能就是因為做慣了,對待客人也是這樣了吧作為一間老字號,除了食物品質之外,服務也是相當重要的。所以,如果不是母親大人要來飲茶,我也不會來這裏吃了

作為一間老字號,除了食物品質之外,服務也是相當重要的。所以,如果不是母親大人要來飲茶,我也不會來這裏吃了

九龍灣附近真係好多嘢食,今日中午同同事到咗飲茶lunch time好多人,望落差唔多都坐滿晒。上菜快,好放心。白果豬肚,白果真係好多好足料,貪靚美白嘅女士表示好開心。推薦牛肉飯,應該用嘅係絲苗米,幼身飯底好,牛肉大大塊,好新鮮!同事都讚好好味。炸奶絲,好似係包住粉絲炸,好鬆脆,奶夾心都好香。松糕,好香好發得起,鬆軟可口。鮮蝦韭菜餃,冇諗到都好多蝦仁,算係足料!中午同同事黎食,人均80性價比都唔錯幾好!

有段時間我哋一家人都好鍾意去「大榮華」飲茶㗎,不過佢點心水準時好時壞,而且價錢都唔平😌 不過衰就衰在佢個抽風系統唔係咁好,仲要安排喺open area煎糕、煎腸粉,所以每次飲完茶全身都一陣油煙味😅 不過爸爸話鍾意佢個普洱茶,所以我哋都好樂意間中陪佢過嚟飲下午茶嘅。呢日阿哥帶埋姪仔出嚟探爺爺嫲嫲,我呢個姑姐又點可以唔出現呢😉 諗住預早少少去霸位囉, 點知一樣門口排滿人,好在等左20分鐘左右就有位坐。因為成朝未食過嘢,個肚餓到打晒鼓🤤 唔理三七廿一正價又叫啲、特價又點啲。媽媽最鍾意「大榮華」嘅 #馬蹄糕,煙煙韌韌食落又甜甜地,確實唔錯㗎🤤 而爸爸就最鍾意食佢哋嘅 #潮州粉果,入面嘅 #沙葛、#蝦米粒 配埋其他材料好香口。由於所有點心都係即叫即蒸,要趕時間嘅就唔好嚟喇。最後點都要叫返個「炒嘢」先夠飽,$32 #黑椒肉眼筋炒麵 大大碟,雖然唔可以覺得好好食, 不過就一定可以填飽你個肚仔喇😉

跟屋企食團年飯,外甥說大榮華今年嘅盤菜幾抵食,$1680 /12 人....所以今年的團年飯就決定在位於九龍灣大榮華圍村菜食。今晚年二十八,原來要加15% ,訂位和下訂金都時沒有說明,所以這點酒家應該要注意!!盆菜有干煎蝦碌,燒鴨,五味雞,圍頭豬肉,厚茹,蝦米魚肉,生曬干門鱔,魷魚,蘿蔔,和12隻鮑魚等!盆菜份量看似很多,但盤底的蘿蔔很大件,不過亦很清甜!鮑魚也很大隻,豬皮很爽很入味! 總括來說價格是底!值得一讚,盆菜味到剛剛好,不咸也不淡👍🏻豬肉也不太肥👍🏻👍🏻
