探完親戚,便到附近醫肚,見這間新開張又有85折,便二話不說進內。當時只是六點,但已經坐滿八成客,看來這店也很受歡迎!來到上海飯店,當然唔少得小龍包!一忠四個!小籠包的餡也不少!一個人食哂,正值得欣賞是小龍包層皮,簿得來不黏底夾上來時不會因黏底而破爛整個小龍包可以完汁完味連湯放入口咀嚼,超好食!再來排骨擔擔麵!排骨看上去平平無奇,但吃入口就很香口,加上一點也不油,是我喜歡的那種呢!麵配上紅色湯底,初時擔心很辣,入口才發現只有少少少少辣,而且微微花生醬味也蓋了不少辣的感覺,所以不用擔心味道不錯的上海菜店,如果我家附近有就好了

值得欣賞是小龍包層皮,簿得來不黏底
夾上來時不會因黏底而破爛

再來排骨擔擔麵!
排骨看上去平平無奇,但吃入口就很香口,加上一點也不油,是我喜歡的那種呢!
麵配上紅色湯底,初時擔心很辣,入口才發現只有少少少少辣,而且微微花生醬味也蓋了不少辣的感覺,所以不用擔心


味道不錯的上海菜店,如果我家附近有就好了

去開北角探朋友,嚮城市花園附近見到一間新開的京滬菜館,有好多人聚於接待處等位,跟附近電器道門庭冷清的食肆形作對比。食上海菜又點少得小籠包呢? 薄薄的粉皮將肉汁鎖住嚮裡面,原汁原味。沾少量黑醋更能帶出肉味平時酒肉多,要食番多d疏菜平衡返。呢碟火腿鹹肉炆津菜,多菜少肉,清清地不油膩,合晒我要求樟茶鴨很入味,外脆內嫩。最欣賞的是肉質不會太乾身,可以講有少少 'juicy' 添,唔錯豆沙鍋餅也是吃上海菜必叫之選,如果有埋高力豆沙就更加perfect,可惜經已沽清了,只能怪自己晏左黎攞位

同男朋友睇完戲就過到嚟呢頭食夜晚,見呢間新開中菜價格幾坻食又好似幾好坐就去試下啦(^^) 餐廳都係以中菜為主,主要係上海菜嘅,有點心同小炒揀,啱哂心大心細嘅人呀🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️我就揀左個紅燒獅子頭🐡出面比較少有,番大陸就食得多!獅子頭整要時間,有2大粒👼🏻👼🏻肉好扎實,幾新鮮嘅,好有肉感食落!個汁唔會好濃,當然配飯仲好食💪🏻 另外係咸肉津白🥗🥗好大份下!咸肉都幾多,似係火腿咁,湯底清清地幾好飲🙆🏻‍♂️津白夠腍,吸哂d湯🤤🤤 龍井蝦仁係幾清新之選!蝦仁非常多,而且彈牙嘅,亦有d蝦嘅鮮味😋龍井味道都幾重,食完都唔會好膩💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️

今日本來去北角食飯,點知行到城市花園附近突然落大雨,所以我地隨便入左一間餐廳食飯兼避雨。餐廳食京川菜,剛剛開業,環境都好新正我地order 左小籠包($38),口水雞($58),擔擔麵($48),紫心蕃薯浸莧菜($78) 和上海炒年糕 ($78),本來想試下招牌乳鴿($28),可惜我地落單時已經賣完小籠包一籠4件,皮薄,裡面有好多湯汁,幾好食,不過要小心燙口口水雞分量偏多,雞幾滑,醬料夠麻辣和香囗,伴飯一流擔擔麵有濃濃的湯底,麵質唔會太軟,如果再辣D仲正浸莧菜屬健康之選,本來以為調味會好淡,但食落幾香蒜味和紫蕃薯的甜味上海炒年糕,大大碟,年糕煙韌,炒得惹味,幾有鑊氣試業期內仲有85折,性價比不錯

位於北角新開張既京川菜太元樓新開張,於是抱著人試我試既心態去湊下熱鬧,星期六18:00已經大排人龍,好彩既係我有訂枱,有好多街坊o黎到已經話full booking要等。店內既餐具都係比較優雅,有d似翡翠玉石,古色得o黎又有點新派既感覺。先來小籠包4隻,小小既包點已經見到內裡滿滿既肉汁,慢慢夾起放入口,唔加任何醋汁已經滿口濃濃肉汁香,皮簿肉香。脆皮乳鴿($28隻)2隻,即點即炸,上枱仲係熱辣辣,皮脆而且肉嫩,小朋友都爭住要食,唔係淮鹽都已經好入味。瑤柱蛋白炒飯:瑤柱及蛋白都炒得很香口,飯粒分明,每一啖都有濃濃既瑤柱香氣,火喉十足。椒鹽黃金豆腐:豆腐炸得外脆內軟,豆腐依然非常滑,外層帶有少少七味粉,微微辣度又帶出黃豆香。黃金蝦:黃金蝦被滿滿鹹蛋黃包圍,蝦頭滿滿既蝦膏令整體錦上添花,唯一不足係如果蝦殼帶少少脆會更好。上海粗炒:鑊氣十足,每一條麵都非常入味,食得出師傅用心制作。
