用了Sake-based Shochu, Sake-based Vodka & Nama Sake,加入新鮮倒難的台灣愛民芒果肉,味道清甜,中和了三種有日本米酒味道的烈酒,令整杯酒比較容易入口,而且銅籤上串有香甜的芒果肉和浸在日本米酒的白玉子,白玉子的口感煙靭,充滿米酒的香氣

用了Japanese Gin & Port Wine,混合煎香後的焙茶精華,整杯酒一聞已經有好濃郁的焙茶味,再加入濃縮的Citrus & Berry果汁,提升了整杯酒的味道層次,在酸味和甜味取得一個平衡


🍊Genmai Tea (Green Tea & Roasted Rice) 玄米茶
 以Japanese Gin 作為base,混合Sakura Liquor, Dry Vermouth & Nama Sake,加上煎香後的玄米茶精華做主角,令整杯酒一聞就已經有好濃郁的玄米茶味,可能因為幾種烈酒的酒精濃度都偏高,所以飲完後的酒感偏濃烈,但中間加入了濃縮的Citrus果汁,令整杯酒味道帶有果酸味,反而更容易入口
