酒吧用嘅水果用既水果係出來自日本,全部大大隻,色澤鮮艷,睇得出好新鮮。

將果汁鮮榨後,每款水果都可自配不同烈酒,例如加入Gin/Vodka/Rum。個人喜好Vodka & Gin,鍾意個味好香醇。

放工同朋友想坐得舒服又可以私隱比較好的地方靜靜地傾下計,所以試左呢間好特別的mixology salon.環境好清幽,服務員好招呼,一來就會介紹佢地的酒類選擇,有幾個唔同的style揀。仲可以有廚師發板,你可以形容你當刻的心情,而調酒員會因應你的心情而去調配一杯專屬於你的酒。我地各自都餘左兩杯,可能朋友的心情不太好,所以佢的配酒都係苦苦的,就好像飲出佢心情來。我就比較開心,所以我的配酒係好易入囗,但又不會太甜。要飲醉確實唔難。服務員好細心,第一杯酒跟第二杯酒中間比左一枝 japanese traditional shochu我地用來清下個前杯酒的味道先再飲下一杯。呢枝shochu真大開眼界,未飲過咁純的shochu.有少少辣但又唔會難入囗哦。享受完美酒,服務員還會過來同我地講解下啲酒,風格,都是一次很好的體驗。

銅鑼灣Cubus3樓最近開了層日式樓層,壽司、鐵板燒、酒吧一應俱全!Tailored Premium Cocktail($185)有點像是可以把坊間的傳統雞尾酒加上他們的特色,只要跟調酒師說出自己的喜好就可以!比較保守一點有我喜歡的Boulevadier,帶冒險一點可以試個帶有umami的gin-based雞尾酒,用上了油脂浸泡技巧,蝦油香好特別~Seasonal Fruit Platinum($235)用上時令水果,也是可以讓調酒師推介設計!Gin原來配梨子好喝,蘋果跟威士忌也是出奇地配!美麗的裝潢,雞尾酒好好喝,很值得去呢!
