安頓後先選飲品,由於筆者向來不勝酒力,所以只點了杯無酒精的 Virgin Sangria ($48),成品以橙汁、紅莓汁、提子汁及雜果等調配而成,入口果味繽紛,很清新,是個很不錯的開始。至於老公就揀左杯 White Sangria (HH $45、NH $60),據說味道亦唔錯,酒香中傳出清爽果香,風味特別,適合令人期待的夏天。

先來三款 Cold Tapas 打開胃口,呢款係薄切慢煮八爪魚 Slow-Cooked Octopus Carpaccio ($78),食材特別選用了來自西班牙的八爪魚,薄切後再以天然純淨海水慢煮 5 小時,食落口感軟腍,鮮味十足。面頭的醬汁非常醒神,原來是以西班牙蕃茄凍湯為藍本,難怪味道咁酸香開胃,令人一試難忘。

接著呢款係蕃茄脆包、醃白銀魚配蒜蓉蛋黃醬 Crispy Tomato Bread, White Anchovy, Aioli ($48),脆包據說是由西班牙直送,包面抹上蕃茄蓉,吃起來空氣感十足,非常鬆脆。魚柳鹹香酸溜,肉質幼細,與頂頭自家製的蒜蓉蛋黃醬同吃,別具滋味。

呢客係凍切拼盤 Cold Cut Platter ($88),拼盤以圓形的木砧板呈上,上面放有白毛豬火腿、曼徹格芝士同紅酒燴梨。火腿風乾約一年,雖非頂級質素,鹽味較重,after-taste 亦較短暫,但入口柔軟,吃得滿口甘香,而且最正是即叫即切,所以食落特別有彈性。旁邊的 Manchego Cheese 是西班牙最出名的芝士,屬羊奶芝士,但入口卻出奇地 mild。另外伴吃的紅酒燴梨,味道亦非常出色,不但酒香醉人,而且質感又不會過淋,配以由西班牙空運而來的橄欖吃,確實誠意十足。

食完三款 Cold Tapas,接著再來三款 Hot Tapas,呢客係西班牙薯仔蛋餅 Tortilla De Patatas ($78)。薯仔蛋餅是幾乎每個西班牙人都懂做的家常小食,而這裡亦做得非常對辦,廚師先以橄欖油把薯仔炒香,再加入蛋漿煎至底面金黃色,然後再鋪上自家製的蒜蓉蛋黃醬,並灑上紅椒粉,賣相一流。蛋餅切開後呈流心狀,蛋汁豐盈,吃起來既香軟又滑溜,將雞蛋與薯仔粒完美融合。

最後呢款係巴塞隆拿式烤紅蝦 Barcelona Style Grilled Red Prawn ($88),紅蝦非常大隻,入口啖啖蝦肉蝦鮮,既爽彈又有嚼勁。蝦頭更是焦點所在,吃起來不但鮮甜多膏,而且香氣滿滿,是一款需要慢慢「啜」的小食。

食完 Tapas 仍有些意猶未盡,壓尾決定再加點一客煎鴨胸配甜些厘酒、紅酒燒汁及意粉 Duck Breast with Sweet Sherry & Red Wine Gravy ($118),鴨胸大小剛好,外皮煎得非常香口,肉也完全沒有鴨腥味,而伴吃的醬汁更是精髓所在,廚師選用了高成本的甜些厘酒,與紅酒燒汁同煮,配鴨胸吃,甜美解膩,又能引發肉香。

其實餐廳還有兩款甜品供應,不過這晚實在太飽了,還是留待下次再來品吧!

來到銅鑼灣與灣仔交界的一間西班牙餐廳吃飯,西班牙餐廳大多也是以酒吧的形式開業。來到酒吧識的餐廳當然要叫酒來喝啦,我首先叫了一杯西班牙的著名生果酒sangria酒,這酒就可以看到這間西班牙餐廳夠不夠level。sangria酒味濃郁但不失生果味,紅酒配上蘋果,橙等生果,未開始已很有好感。另外我們叫了它的一個特色菜,就是慢煮八爪魚,小小的八爪魚配上一些番茄汁蒜蓉醬非常惹味。而且可能因為是慢煮的關係,八爪魚不會煙韌。吃下去軟淋淋的卻很有鮮味,值得欣賞。除此之外,我們叫了一個西班牙燒青椒仔,燒椒青椒仔的餐廳不多,大多是日本餐廳及西班牙餐廳,這個燒青椒仔很有風味,為很少菜葉的西班牙餐廳帶上一碟素菜。最後我們選擇了一個西班牙炒飯做飽肚之選,西班牙炒飯與葡萄牙海鮮飯的分別之處在於西班牙炒飯比較乾身,平常我就比較喜歡吃葡萄牙海鮮飯。但是今天這個西班牙海鮮飯相對地沒有那麼乾身,我也挺欣賞,而且下面有一點點的飯焦,再配上新鮮的蝦和青口等,味道不錯。

「煎鴨胸配甜些厘酒及紅酒燒汁」配上炸薯仔粒,這道菜芬香撲鼻,煎鴨胸傳來漸漸的香味,味帶甜的。原來是甜些厘酒的香味,令鴨胸更添甜美。鴨胸肉質彈牙,油脂比較不多,不會食後有飽腹感。炸薯仔粒很有薯味及帶甜,不乾柴沾上醬汁更滋味。

台灣朋友十分滿意,還跟我說這個西班牙食物很獨特,他在台灣也沒有吃到,下次再來香港也會到臨幫襯。

雖然我唔知 bacelona式烤法係點,不過食落味道真係同一般烤紅蝦有所不同。佢地係紅蝦而唔係虎蝦,所以蝦頭非常多汁好好食,蝦肉口感比虎蝦諗身,但係都好有口感。
成個感覺好好,主廚會同客人講解食物係點搭配,睇得出係好有heart既餐廳😃

下班後想跟朋友找一個舒適地方聊天,一位在銅鑼灣上班的朋友介紹了這間餐廳。環境是很適合三五知己聊天的地方,燈光有情調,座位可選擇在窗邊半戶外的座位,或室內有cushion的座位,因為下住雨,我們選擇室內。4個人各自點了一杯酒,少喝酒的我胡亂點了一杯名字很有趣的gin & tonic, 叫MOM god save the gin。一送到就被它的賣相吸引,因為顏色很繽紛!這杯酒原來是由新鮮草莓、紅桑子、藍梅等水果調配而成,雖然酒的濃度較高,但非常容易入口。而且份量很大杯,足夠聊天時慢慢喝。另外還點了很多食物,當中我最喜歡的有凍切拼盤,包括西班牙火腿、曼徹格芝士 和紅酒燴梨($88)。芝士和燴梨的搭配相當不錯,咸咸的芝士中和了燴梨的甜膩,而西班牙火腿很香又有口感。吃西班牙菜必點西班牙薯仔蛋餅($78),而這個蛋餅確實沒有令人失望。外皮烤得香脆,餡料主要是流心蛋槳和薯仔,輕輕一切,蛋槳就湧出來,視覺效果一流,味道都非常令人滿意。棒棒鵝肝($78)賣相精緻有趣,用竹簽串着方便進食。鵝肝像牛油一般幼滑,入口融化,油香甘腴,配搭附送的甘腴,配搭附送的開心果粒,味道更有層次。小食還要推介炸黑毛豬火腿球伴

平時很少讚賞香港餐廳的服務,因為感覺是機械式的有禮,但這間餐廳店員會主動親切地問食客對食物的意見,席間有一位朋友覺得點的酒不太合味道,沒有喝。店員知悉後二話不說拿那杯酒去bar枱調較,用心的態度令人欣賞。
