甜點我們選了英式伯爵茶焦糖朱古力慕斯蛋糕,酸酸甜甜唔錯,還有兩粒馬卡龍,茶友覺得無鬆餅落肚唔夠飽,加了$60 兩件鬆餅,唔錯。

朋友試了煙燻伯爵茶,我試了朱古力伯爵茶,啖啖茶香,TABLE FOR TWO $788,包括自選的頂級訂製系列的伯爵茶(原價$268)及自選一盒純棉手工茶包伯爵茶(原價$168),是貨裝SIZE,不是試飲裝,所以算抵食。

早兩個星期,食完中午飯,本來諗緊求其搵間咖啡店坐下,見到佢呢間野難得唔需要排隊,而且裝修非常有英國特色,唔需要排隊,但其實佢係一間星加坡專係飲茶嘅地方淨係打開個餐牌,都有差唔多200種茶可以選擇,花多眼亂,我朋友問佢邊種係冇咖啡因,佢介紹咗非洲茶俾我哋,佢有10幾種非洲茶可以選擇,然後我好想食佢啲蛋糕,就選擇左佢兩款招牌蛋糕同埋鬆餅,佢有個住家製嘅將佢點啲鬆餅好好味,如果三個女仔去食,可以叫兩款不同嘅茶再加三款不同嘅蛋糕,大家分享試一試也不錯

TWG最出名的是他們的茶品,今天終於有機會可以試一下。我們今天來了在又一城新開的分店吃晚餐,點了兩個晚餐套餐,$328一個套餐(如需加甜品,便是$348)。先來了一客麵包配牛油,他們的牛油很特別,上面放了紫菜和玄米,這個配搭很新鮮,出奇地好味,麵包也很軟熟。頭盤我們點了雞肉凱撒沙律,而主菜則分別點了一盒帶子蟹肉扁意粉和鱸魚配蜆,味道和賣相也不錯,餐廳也毫不吝嗇地給了我們頗多的蟹肉呢! 而茶飲方面,他們有很多選擇,但由於是夜晚的關係,我們分別點了沒有咖啡因的檸檬南非紅茶,和洛神花南非紅茶,一個味道清新,另一個味道清甜,而且茶很細滑,果然名不虛傳。

愛茶人士一定大愛本身我好喜歡飲茶,由中茶到西都是我杯茶,今次這間店在九龍塘商場新開不久,愛茶人士一定認識這店,主打接近800款不同配搭西茶味道店面華麗有特色,裡面售賣各種茶葉,主要以紅茶及綠茶等做個底,再加入各種花或水果等去混合出千變萬化味道,另外仲有茶具及甜點給客人選擇由於新開會有個期間限定Lunch Set去到7月尾,今次就試下這個午餐坐下來先上White sky tea,由白茶葉與依蘭花兩種混合而成,淡淡花香特別怡人的味道接下來這個麵包簡直要大愛推介,麵包夠熱辣辣又軟硬適中,重點係佢個香滑紫菜玄米牛油,仲加入香脆粒粒增加口感餐湯係牛肝菌忌廉湯,清香濃郁牛肝菌味道,而上層泡沫係用普洱打成的,果然做到以茶入饌主菜可3選1,我揀咗香烤西班牙八爪魚和北海道帶子,伴邊有龍蝦濃湯去配海鮮增加鮮味,而底下仲有清甜青豆蓉㗎,八爪魚煙韌帶彈牙,帶子就鮮甜仲有煎香味道最後甜品係莓果芝士蛋糕,本身濃濃芝士味濃又帶甜,但酸咪咪嘅莓果醬令甜度中和,所以酸甜味度剛好,結尾仲有再配杯花香果茶就最好不過另外的雪葩及馬卡龍都係呢到熱賣點甜,試過真係返唔到轉頭。

是日經過九龍塘,和大學友人來了個短聚,在新開的Tea WG沙龍及精品店食個午餐。這家新店延續品牌一向精緻的裝修風格,全店以深棕色硬木和黃色大理石為主,配合不同區域擺放的茶具和茶葉,充滿時代感又有貴氣,不愧為貴婦茶室。      因為新開幕,九龍塘店更特別推出了一款期間限定的lunch set menu,定價並不貴,分別在$208~$258 之間,我們當然不能錯過。   餐茶先來。我選的Geisha Blossom Tea簡直是我的大愛!清柔的綠茶和芬芳的果香合二為一,那種透心涼的開胃,入口清新香甜帶微酸,完全驅走了午間殘留的點點慵懶之意。友人配的是Tea WG的經典Silver Moon Tea,有莓果的香甜和香草的芳香。     餐包的亮點是跟包的牛油,牛油的軟滑、紫菜的咸香配上茶葉脆米,令餐包變得不平凡。   牛肝菌蘑菇湯上的泡沫由普洱打成,帶淡淡普洱香,湯則帶濃郁的菌香,一淡一濃的配搭使餐湯帶來豐富的味覺層次。    伊比利亞黑毛豬鞍擺碟精美,一旁的蕃茄醬以新加坡breakfast tea調製,並以微辣的沙樂美腸作點綴。豬鞍肥美肉厚,入口帶油香。

好肉嘅我當然揀咗黑毛豬,配搭白腰豆蓉、脆嘅salami同埋甜椒,側邊仲係融入咗Singapore breakfast tea嘅蕃茄醬。黑毛豬厚身帶粉嫩,食落仲富肉汁,應是慢煮嘅功勞。平時主食配嘅都係薯蓉但呢度選擇採用白腰豆蓉感覺無咁大負擔,輕怡一點~而點綴嘅salami都好加分,帶丁點辣勁同咸香好過癮!蕃茄醬都好開胃~
