小編同友人到港島區一日遊,想晚餐去一個比較寧靜的地方食飯,友人提議去銅鑼灣食一間開店以久的日系餐廳小食(白玉米、瀨尿蝦陪菠菜、汁煮白梅貝、龍珠果)侍應很細心解釋每道菜,先品嚐白玉米,再瀨尿蝦跟白梅貝。擺盤很細緻,白玉米非常爽脆清甜多汁。瀨尿蝦新鮮彈牙,鮮味十足,也很肥美,驚喜位。白梅貝小編第一次聽,貝肉厚身爽口彈牙,帶一點點的甜。開胃的前菜。蒲燒鰻魚鰻魚有7大件,不過不是很肥美,幸好魚刺不是很多,魚皮加上白芝麻很香。小編覺得醬料可以少一點,有點鹹,建議拌白飯吃。日式牛肉火鍋配白飯2人份量火鍋,還附上白飯跟生蛋黃。牛肉煮得剛剛好,軟軟糯糯,沒有過熟口感,牛味都淡淡的香,不會膩,加上蛋黃會變得滑溜。裡面配料有金針菇、大蔥、雜菌、娃娃菜及粉絲,全部都吸滿了湯汁。湯汁甜度適中,送飯非常滿足。日式木魚碎炒雜菜配菜份量都很足,有椰菜、蘆筍、雜菌、木耳等等,口感都很爽脆,調味料主要靠胡椒粉,辣辣的很開胃。波子汽水橙汁波子汽水跟橙汁都酸酸甜甜,非常清新。天膳銅鑼灣渣甸街50號渣甸中心12樓

日式牛肉火鍋配白飯

的確食量細會覺得十道八道菜好heavy想有厨師發辦質素但又可以散點@Tenzen 是不錯的選擇位置在銅鑼灣心臟地帶想淺嚐又想有質素的朋友或是happy hour找個地方淺酙再來幾道日式小菜佐酒這邊真心就是這種vibe餐廳佈局裝潢雅緻簡約,沒有高居臨下的美景但看到其他食客與師傳在料理枱前相談甚歡的畫面還是讓人覺得這邊很有魔力嘞~~· ‒ – — ‒ – ·𓍼前菜是擺盤最精緻的三小品由淡到濃分別有玉米、白梅貝及日本髮菜配山芋味蕾䚪感就是由硬到軟,從北海道白粟米的甜走到酸甜汁的酸,沖刷五感最後遇有個龍珠果小收尾舌頭回到清甜的狀態𓍼然後可始入直路燒牛舌船汁煮雞扒油脂在表層與黑白胡椒粒在燈光下閃令令食慾大開!入口牛香超濃靚牛舌真心口感是吃得出來另一邊廂顧著打卡雞扒雖然放涼但仍然好吃外皮煎得薄脆,少數地會想連皮吃汁濃淡適中,甜鹹開胃𓍼 無論四季,我都鍾意飲熱湯少數地沒有奶白色金目鯛湯,魚看似沒有煎過或只是稍稍較燒便下鍋煮成湯但入口完全不會腥,反而魚香豐盈魚鮫肉質細軟,彷彿一入口便化開魚油在湯面形成一個個小油泡看到我內心OS:「嘩係Omega 3!」的興奮𓍼 甜品homemade 紅豆抹茶豆腐花日

少數地沒有奶白色金目鯛湯,
魚看似沒有煎過或只是稍稍較燒便下鍋煮成湯
但入口完全不會腥,反而魚香豐盈
魚鮫肉質細軟,彷彿一入口便化開
