經熟人介紹,選擇呢間餐廳嚟同女朋友慶祝生日。食物質素及大部份員工都好好,生日歌同甜品個part讓我哋覺得好驚喜和開心,Ko San師傅及其他當日嘅員工都服務得到位及友善。唯獨是男經理Frankie讓我感覺體驗欠佳。係煮和牛前Ko San師傅事先有介紹和牛品種。之後經理展示出一張標示著和牛信息嘅牌,可能我唔識睇,同一張紙上邊分別寫嘅都係來自宮崎嘅和牛,我哋點嘅係宮崎和熊本各一份。當刻我以為自己落錯咗單,所以我係唔確定嘅情況下向經理諮詢,經理語氣強硬介紹一份係A4一份係A5及油脂分布各方面,並無清楚說明左邊同右邊分別是什麼。我唔確定所以問邊款係熊本,佢貌似好唔耐煩咁重複咗兩次「左邊囉 左邊囉」,(真係想問聲經理係咪係茶記定碼頭做過🤔?)。本身想出聲講,但係今日係女朋友生日,避免搞到不愉快。成個用餐過程我哋都係唔該前唔該後,唔明身為高級餐廳嘅經理解答問題點解都可以呢種態度,如果我知嘅話我就唔會問你啦。事後反映過該事情後店員提到另一位女經理會親自打電話反映此事,俾咗時間又話好忙,之後講經理WhatsApp再同我聯絡約時間,到頭來並無任何後續!想講呢間餐廳啲經理真係世一👍🏻一粒老鼠屎攪和成煲粥。

肉類可以選擇豚肉、鹿兒島和牛或宮崎和牛。平時食鐵板燒嘅和牛薄燒通常係包住蔥蒜,今次師傅搞搞新意思😆做成sukiyaki壽喜燒style,煎熟後沾上蛋汁同吃。蛋漿包覆住具油脂香、好軟滑但唔膩嘅牛肉,滿足嘅味道😛😛本身落咗燒汁,就咁食調味略重,要配菠菜、洋蔥同菇一齊食就剛剛好。

炒飯、赤麵豉湯、漬物
師傅做嘅香蒜和牛炒飯同坊間有少少唔同,飯粒都係粒粒分明,但口感相對鬆軟軟熟😗本身將和牛粒慢慢煎到逼晒油份出嚟,加入炒飯到,好邪惡😈😈
