炒金邊粉比較濕,份量夠多。

其實成餐飯食到金邊粉左右已經比店員望咗我哋張枱三至四次左右,好似等我哋張枱走咁。望一望錶以為自己食咗好耐,原來只係食咗30分鐘😑😑😑

都冇乜點理,因為1小時15分鐘有排都未到。之後金邊粉差唔多食完,聽到佢叫我哋嘅枱號,話我哋張檯差唔多走喇,望一望錶只係食咗45分鐘。我哋都仲未食甜品,之後我哋叫咗芒果糯米飯,芒果都算甜糯米飯椰汁冇乜味,整體味道都非常一般。

食完芒果糯米飯即收晒啲嘢,明㗎喇,想我哋走。望望錶到埋單,我哋只係食咗一個鐘,其實我仲有15分鐘呢?駛唔駛咁趕?食得咁辛苦,成日俾人望望吓好似要你走咁,真係以後唔會再嚟幫襯。

離開餐廳見到只係有四個人等緊位,唔講以為有成村人。

份量唔少,醬汁份量適中而且分佈平均,每啖都好夠味,味道酸酸甜甜又辣辣地好刺激,超級開胃。木瓜絲口感爽脆,加上有花生增加香氣同埋有紅蘿蔔絲等既蔬菜增加口感,層次感好豐富。

放工同老公來到九龍城附近,看到這家泰皇閣,九點鐘都好多人,於是打算嘗試一下。餐牌種類好多,都不知道試哪一樣好啦!.我們選了沙爹串燒,半打可以兩種不同的,我則選了雞同豬、我更喜歡豬肉,更滑嫩,雞肉也都好食🤤。.另外黃咖哩豬,裏面還有薯仔,薯仔也煮的軟軟的很開胃。而且咖哩撈飯味道更是一絕👍。我吃了兩碗。.就連蔬菜,馬拉盞通菜,也都非常入味,菜又好嫩!.另外的鹹檸七也很解膩!.整體飯店空間也夠大,座位都不會擁擠,而且有兩個房間,位置都很寬敞。

整體來說,食物的質素非常高,食物的選擇非常多,食物的份量非常多,食物的用料非常新鮮,食物的賣相非常吸引,食物的定價相對合理,而店員亦有良好的服務態度,積極和有禮貌,所以我認為這間餐廳是值得再去惠顧

泰皇閣招牌炒飯就好似西炒飯一樣。用茄汁炒飯。擺盤一流好適合打卡,就咁見到佢舖上面嘅嗰個蛋都已經覺得廚師畀咗好多心機去煮,入面有不同海鮮配料包括有蝦、青口、魷魚等。全部海鮮都好爽口彈牙,唔會話有種雪味喺度,炒飯粒粒分明,而且茄味十足,非常開胃之餘,加上海鮮鮮味,非常惹味,每一啖飯配大大舊海鮮,令人一啖一啖食唔停手。擺喺蛋上面嘅蝦亦都有走過油,仍然都係咁爽口。

鐵板蠔仔煎蛋,餐廳用鐵板上,鐵板好夠熱一上菜嘅時候仲可以聽到佢吱吱聲嘅聲音,除咗一黎就可以品嘗到熱辣辣嘅煎蠔仔,亦唔會好快凍哂。依間餐廳嘅煎蠔仔份量非常多,足足有一座山仔咁高,而且酥脆香口,蛋香十足。蠔仔亦非常鮮美,隻隻都肥大唔腥,十分惹味。仲有芽菜喺蠔仔嘅下面,可以吸收到蠔仔嘅香味。

食咗咁多肉都要食下啲菜既,通菜十分爽口,而且清淡,可以中和返剛點食完濃味既食物(*☻-☻*)但脆肉就中規中矩~_~;

本身係河粉嚟,不過因為無曬所以就轉咗金邊粉,不過感覺金邊粉仲好食啲。
以為炒雞係會有雞粒,但原來得雞碎,所以整體都係中規中矩。

食泰國菜最期待都係燒豬頸肉,上枱一刻即時聞到好香既炭燒味,而且口感爽脆,配搭上酸辣醬料,十分滿意。
