泰皇閣招牌炒飯就好似西炒飯一樣。用茄汁炒飯。擺盤一流好適合打卡,就咁見到佢舖上面嘅嗰個蛋都已經覺得廚師畀咗好多心機去煮,入面有不同海鮮配料包括有蝦、青口、魷魚等。全部海鮮都好爽口彈牙,唔會話有種雪味喺度,炒飯粒粒分明,而且茄味十足,非常開胃之餘,加上海鮮鮮味,非常惹味,每一啖飯配大大舊海鮮,令人一啖一啖食唔停手。擺喺蛋上面嘅蝦亦都有走過油,仍然都係咁爽口。

鐵板蠔仔煎蛋,餐廳用鐵板上,鐵板好夠熱一上菜嘅時候仲可以聽到佢吱吱聲嘅聲音,除咗一黎就可以品嘗到熱辣辣嘅煎蠔仔,亦唔會好快凍哂。依間餐廳嘅煎蠔仔份量非常多,足足有一座山仔咁高,而且酥脆香口,蛋香十足。蠔仔亦非常鮮美,隻隻都肥大唔腥,十分惹味。仲有芽菜喺蠔仔嘅下面,可以吸收到蠔仔嘅香味。

今晚又專程來到九龍城食泰國菜,九龍城泰國菜餐廳林立,最後選擇了食泰皇泰國菜。餐廳都裝修企理整潔,menu厚厚一大本,菜式頗多選擇。燒鰂魚$145 燒鰂魚麵上見到一粒粒經燒過的鹽, 跟配的泰式醬汁酸酸甜甜,鰂魚裏面有與其他餐廳一樣的南薑、香茅、香葉……等等,鰂魚肉質鮮嫩,是特色的泰式風味!泰式濕炒河(牛肉)$64泰式濕炒河裏面有牛肉、洋蔥、芥蘭 紅蘿蔔、秀珍菇……等,調味鹹中帶甜,頗多的湯汁,河粉沾著湯汁好惹味,牛肉切得頗薄,有牛味,但有小小鞋。脆肉炒通菜$66食泰菜都是第一次食脆肉炒通菜,原來這個脆肉是炸腩肉,腩肉間肥間瘦,非常香口。通菜則炒得爽口。

衆所周知,九龍城就是個小泰國,我們經常會去九龍城按摩然後吃一個地道的泰國菜。這邊的泰國餐廳,形形色色的。經過這家餐廳門口的店面十分吸引,我於是決定去試一試。我們點了一個去泰國餐廳都會點的冬陰功湯,他家的冬陰功湯蝦好大,酸酸甜甜的,冬陰功十分之開胃。點了一個海鮮溼炒河粉,這種河粉是寬河粉,溼炒河粉,很多只海鮮,裏面有生蠔,還有魷魚,還有蝦,分量非常足。另外點,另外點了一份,我最愛的炭火烤牛肉,牛肉非常有嚼勁,味道非常的好,配上獨特的泰式醬汁,十分之好吃。

今日來到宋王臺食泰國菜「泰皇閣泰國菜館」,想不到平日也差不多滿咗呢,幸好有先訂位。晚上是單點的沒有套餐。先叫了個串燒6串,可以選三款,分別叫了豬肉雞肉和雞腎。泰式香料的香味很撲鼻,燒得剛好,肉汁豐富,配上特調醬汁。再叫了兩串雞翼,好耐都沒有去燒烤了,雞翼燒汁皮脆卜卜,啖啖肉好好食。另外叫了個蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉,顏色10分鮮艷,蛋皮一格一格的,再配上花生碎新鮮的芽菜,看上去就10分好吃。金邊粉炒得鑊氣十足,條條分明,配上線下雞蛋等配料,口感好豐富。最後再追加了個,芒果糯米飯$60,價錢十分親民。芒果肉好鮮甜,有一整個芒果份量,也不會太酸甜甜的!再加上椰汁,糯米飯粒粒分明,好好吃。很掛念去泰國旅行!

另外叫了個蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉,顏色10分鮮艷,蛋皮一格一格的,再配上花生碎新鮮的芽菜,看上去就10分好吃。金邊粉炒得鑊氣十足,條條分明,配上線下雞蛋等配料,口感好豐富。

最後再追加了個,芒果糯米飯$60,價錢十分親民。芒果肉好鮮甜,有一整個芒果份量,也不會太酸甜甜的!再加上椰汁,糯米飯粒粒分明,好好吃。很掛念去泰國旅行!
