To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次帶嘅朋友都話好似去咗歐洲咁,加上是日陽光普照☀️,坐係窗邊嘅座位,心情更開朗😆每一碟菜式都好有心思,由蕃茄牛肉雜菜濃湯開始, 伴碟加上食用花裝飾,湯嘅牛肉味好突出巴馬火腿芝士酥皮露筍卷 加錢就可以試下呢款外層酥香,裡面爽甜嘅小食鮮芒果蝦沙律 未食主菜前,這個沙律酸酸甜甜,清新開胃燒南瓜古斯古斯米 呢款沿自北非的,好似小米一般,口感豐富,配上可愛嘅炸葫蘆南瓜,綿密律滑。墨魚汁鮮魷意大利飯 黑色的,但食落超好味,意大利飯煮得剛好,唔會太軟或硬,魷魚鮮甜玫瑰萍果批除咗奶凍、燉蛋,仲有呢款,外型嬌艷,用蘋果片切成玫瑰花🌹,下面就係香酥,甜中帶酸的蘋果批😍話梅檸檬特飲草莓蔓越莓特飲特飲賣相吸引,特別調出嚟嘅味道亦非常好飲。
