Unfortunately that lawyer could not make it on that day and we moved to 圃煱 based on my recommendation.

I recommend this place because it is conveniently located in Wan Chai. The lunch set menu is good, the price is reasonable and most important of all the place is not packed with people.

As usual the lawyer, a western guy, who has retired ten years ago and moved out to live in Tuen Mun has arrived much earlier due to his bus schedule. When I arrived he has already got himself a glass of Asahi. Then the lady lawyer who has just quitted her job arrived soon after me.

They were both surprised as to how nice the place is and how not so noisy as compared to other packed restaurants.

We ordered our favourite Sashimi set ($118). It is quite a good size and comprehensive enough to fill the tummy. Although my western friend is hoping to try the hot pot. I told him perhaps next time when we have dinner.

A great place to meet up and we have stayed on till 330pm when they needed to close the place for preparation for the evening.

I love this place and will definitely come back again and again with my friends.

朋友喺灣仔返工,提議到圃鍋食晏。冇諗過除咗中式菜色外,仲有日式料理供應。我哋今次點選中式午餐,點咗一個炒雲耳勝瓜黑豚肉,一個黑醋咕嚕黑豚肉,另外仲加咗個川式皮蛋。第一次食川式皮蛋,滿滿嘅青辣椒圍著皮蛋,食落感覺不錯,有啲青椒香味而不太辣,配皮蛋又出奇地夾。兩款黑豚肉都非常爽脆,味道適中。係略嫌炒黑豚肉多咗啲油。但以價錢嚟講,一個午市套餐約HK$80都算合理。而午市時段亦有寬敞座位供應,值得推介。

埋數交報告,同班同事chur咗幾日OT之後,一定要食返啲好嘢慰勞吓自己。一大班人打邊爐就一定㗎啦,但係特別啲想搵食高級野,就唔係太容易。幾經辛苦,check左食評大家終於贊成去WSquare ,六個人選了個海鮮+和牛set。鍋物海鮮盛 (每位$278)每Set有5到6款海鮮火鍋料,鯪魚丸、雲吞、水餃。火鍋料我哋今曰就食到龍蝦、鮑魚、大大隻虎蝦、貴妃蚌、大蜆、花甲。成盤海鮮浩瀚咁放係面前,海鮮好似虎蝦、鮑魚係盤上都仲係郁緊!圃鍋海鮮料即叫即刻拎起劏,難怪咁正龍蝦由於已經開邊,所以已經可以清澈睇到,橙黃色鮮甜嘅蝦膏,充滿着龍蝦頭。煮熟了的龍蝦,新鮮爽口彈牙。特別值得一題,龍蝦有又靚又大隻蟹鉗,肉唔會散,煮好後成條完整剝殼出嚟,靚爆。大虎蝦相信每一隻,材料都過$100。每一隻海鮮蝦,生猛上碟,全部都仲郁緊。有兩隻手指咁粗這虎蝦,滾水灼熟之後剝殼,即刻散發出醉人嘅蝦香。蝦頭汁絕對要吸埋,因為非人工飼養,所以冇啡色腸,蝦頭完全可以食用!但當然剝殼咁繁複嘅工作,都係交比男朋友。鮑魚煮熟左嘅鮑魚竟然重咁大隻!鹿兒島和牛、魚生刺身拼盤(每位+100)這個相當抵買,強烈建議!鹿兒島和牛大大塊和牛,排列在

相信每一隻,材料都過$100。每一隻海鮮蝦,生猛上碟,全部都仲郁緊。有兩隻手指咁粗這虎蝦,滾水灼熟之後剝殼,即刻散發出醉人嘅蝦香。蝦頭汁絕對要吸埋,因為非人工飼養,所以冇啡色腸,蝦頭完全可以食用!但當然剝殼咁繁複嘅工作,都係交比男朋友。

海鮮拼盤: 呢個賣相真係非常正,超級澎湃。跟住試吓啲帶子,隻隻手指頭咁大,咬落去爽口,一句講晒夠晒新鮮。每人仲有半隻龍蝦,仲有差唔多有半隻手掌咁大嘅係蟹鉗,肉質結實又鮮味。

最後嘅吸收海鮮精華嘅湯底,真係非常濃郁,吸收左海鮮嘅精華,大家一致認為海鮮邊爐,湯底一定要選擇魚湯,因為豬骨湯底嘅味道有點濃郁,把部份海鮮嘅味道蓋過了。

服務環境食物都不錯,下次再嚟嘅指數一定高。

而個日本鹿兒島和牛真係必吃推介,首先卷好放在個冰碗上,一朵和牛花,而見到脂肪紋分佈均勻於和牛上,放湯一滾再拖兩拖,已經熟了,入口時個種肉質嫩滑軟熟同埋在只有在口中溶化嘅感覺,真係十分美味!雖然分量就少啲但咁先知道物以罕為貴,呢份和牛肉正!所以如果係要食呢$100係一定要加!
