There weren't many items on the menu but the quality of good was generally very good. Staff knowledge of the menu can be improved. The most annoying thing about our first dining experience was the bad air quality within the small restaurant. Exhaust fumes from the frying and cooking leaves through the dining area and my eyes and nose were watering throughout our meal. We had to leave due to this unexpected discomfort experienced.

點品時間!!!小妹叫左個tiramisu,結果,真係無令小妹失望!又一令少女心氾濫嘅菜式!哩款tiramisu應該都算係小妹食過最特別嘅!哩度嘅tiramisu並唔係一塊過嘅,而係分左三層!頂頂係雲尼拿雪糕、中間係tiramisu,而最底係脆脆!原來雲尼拿雪糕同tiramisu係咁夾嘅😱 不旦有咖啡香又有雪糕甜👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻讚!不過白朱古力蛋卷有點過甜,建議餐廳換普通蛋味蛋卷應該會更好♥️

Pudding的奶昔是我每次必選,今次同樣點選抹茶奶昔嚐嚐吧。這次的奶昔造型較以往更特別,放上一個小小的冬甩,更加邪惡吸引阿。冬甩甜蜜蜜,略為硬了小小哦。

朋友知我熱愛甜品,就帶我嚟The Pudding Nouveau試吓呢度嘅法式甜品。好少會嚟到大坑搵食,若非朋友帶路,我都唔識嚟。原來係一間地區小店,數一數,全店大約只有16個座位,裝修以簡約為主。其中一角係水吧位置,可以見到店員忙於準備食物同飲品。因為朋友食過幾次,知道唔只有甜品食,仲有鹹食,所以我哋嚟一次過食埋晚餐。【法式油浸鴨腿配窩夫班尼迪克蛋$168】油封處理係傳統法國烹調方法,主要係用喺多脂肪嘅肉類,最出名當然係油封鴨腿! 因為製作好需時,好少餐廳會做呢度菜,難得遇到,梗係要叫!鴨腿已經去骨拆肉,食得方便。 油封除左可以保存更耐時間,最重要係帶出食材原始油脂香氣,一入口鴨味好濃郁,肉質非常軟腍。食到最後,鴨肉仲仍然出煙,夠晒熱辣辣。窩夫做得外層好鬆脆,有蛋香味。但唔算厚,好快會凍,最好一上枱就食左先。蛋係溏心蛋,冇大量蛋汁流出,上面加左好多荷蘭醬。【龍蝦焦糖燉蛋配龍蝦肉燒蘑菇$248】用木板上枱,要掀開沙律菜先會見到龍蝦。有半隻龍蝦,已起肉切粒,再加埋燒蘑菇粒同龍蝦醬,放喺法式麵包上面,好滋味!龍蝦焦糖燉蛋,面頭係如常嘅焦糖,下面係龍蝦味燉蛋,第一次食好特別。每個主食係包美式

。奶昔係逐杯即整,所以要等耐啲。又係好濃朱古力味,但又多一重奶味,雖然落重料,好多忌廉同朱古力雪糕,唔會太甜,但好飽,抵飲!
