川麻豆腐龍蝦

兩種食材可算是南轅北轍,豆腐屬平民食材,而龍蝦則是較高尚的食材,兩種混合更有種意想不到的感覺。

滑溜豆腐配上爽甜嫩口的龍蝦肉,加上餐廳採用1點5公斤重的新鮮花錦龍,拆殼起肉「走嫩油」,保持肉質幼嫩鮮甜。而豆腐則是以麻婆豆腐的概念而成,主要辣味來自四川花椒、八角、辣椒乾及辣油等新鮮烹煮而成,入口麻而不嗆,辣而不鹹。

因為喜歡食精緻嘅中菜,我經朋友介紹來到后園試試。佢地地方唔大,但枱與枱之間有一定距離,坐得幾舒適若果喜歡水煮系列,一定要試下佢地既水煮魚👍用料十足之餘,d魚冇骨又滑,最啱我呢d唔試食有骨既人😋其他食物也不錯這裡是會再來既地方,staff很友善又會主動介紹菜色,身處舊建築的餐廳裡,過了一晚愉快既晚餐😌

3月5日午膳時間,目睹四人限聚下竟然有三十人的包廂,而前幾天,即2月28日晚膳時間,亦曾目睹有八人一枱的犯法所為!第二次用膳,全體侍應服務態度非常惡劣,全程黑口黑面,從不主動加水,招呼不周,替客人落單時極不友善,完全令人有貼錢買難受的感覺,其中的中年女侍應,態度最為惡劣,對客人像喝犯般,與全場的男侍應一樣,沒半點該有的服務態度。1881內的食肆以fine dining自居,但如此poor的service及犯法的行為,是餐飲業的敗類,亦是香港之恥。

全場的男部長/待應及唯一的女部長/侍應態度一律極不親切友善,極度不專業、完全是「幹部」格,黑口黑面,甚之呼喝客人,埋單之後還來一個「倒瀉茶」落客人的外套上,真的是徹頭徹尾的「招呼唔到」。食物質素是中上的,但價錢亦是「高級」的,價錢格局如此高級,但服務質素完全是fine dining的相反,poor service poor dining,簡直是貼錢買難受,唉,香港真的完了,poor Hong Kong。

食物質素很高,環境舒適,誠意推介。 酸菜鱼,選用了桂魚,好滑,湯底微辣,開胃,好吃。 軟殼蟹腸粉,少見的菜式,蟹香脆有糕,加了牛油果,有點油膩,但依然好吃。 胡椒蔥餅,香口香脆。 雪山叉燒包,現在很多中菜廳也有這個點心,這餐即叫即焗,外皮鬆化,包鬆軟,內燒夠蜜汁味,整體味道好好。奇趣奶,即炸鮮奶,也是很好吃。 担担面,煎堆,比較普通,可以不試。整體食物質素很高,攞星相信是指日可待。服務和環境都很好,位於1881內,不用擔心環境質素。

今日黎1881食飯唔知幾時開始呢到變左做FWD HOUSE 1881去到邊都見到FWD......今日有人黎擺酒 都幾有FEEL 好在無落雨日本牛乳滑蝦球熱乎乎咁捧上黎D蛋味超香我就食唔到牛乳味不過應該係D牛乳關係, 所以D蛋好滑黑松露脆皮雞無得彈! 連D雞胸都勁滑有3隻醬揀黑松露/ 檸檬/ 香草3隻味都咁好食漁湯花膠浸菜苗 叫左菠菜苗成碟菜超大碟!可以食好多菜!龍皇綿花泡飯一上碟佢D蛋白球已經好吸睛望住佢倒D脆杯落去成碗龍蝦泡飯愈食愈濃不過男朋友就話南海一號既好食D豆酥蒸鱈魚球都係到有D飽所以呢碟對我地黎講唔係好印象深刻不過佢簡簡單單咁用豆腐蒸已經好好食!呢到D茶都好像叫左普洱+菊花菊花好清香呀順帶一提呢到D服務好好全部人都好友善環境亦都超舒服D裝潢好靚不過今日咁岩出面有人擺酒都幾應聲下不過呢到真係一間不錯既中菜館, 讚讚!

Yum cha with the family. Was quite put off when we arrived cos of the low wooden ceiling, the table behind us was making a racket, and their noises kept echoing in my ears. The manager was friendly, said the chef was hired from some Macau Michelin restaurant. He highly recommended the freshly caught 油浸筍殼魚。Not normally a fan of 蝦餃, but this was definitely one of the best I’ve tasted. 保持維多利亞時代風格,裝潢中式雅緻,又如四合院般格眉、小房間環繞中央花園,不失為一寫意飲茶的好去處。

並不驚為天人,但味道唔錯,性價比合理,今午我最喜歡瓊州胡椒餅、麻辣濃湯小籠包,我會短期重臨試其他的。
