灣仔食晏真係好多人,又要等位要迫又唔平,每次食晏諗到頭都大埋,咁啱有同事係灣仔住,佢推薦我哋一齊去試下食泡飯。呢間鋪頭主要係食中式小菜,清淡得嚟其實幾豪氣,佢主打都係海鮮類,例如龍躉蒸飯、帶子蒸飯、龍蝦泡飯咁...一入鋪頭,有唔少人都係叫呢個龍蝦泡飯,似乎真係招牌菜式嚟,大大隻龍蝦開邊鋪係泡飯上面。同事叫咗龍躉腩蒸飯,我就試呢個龍蝦泡飯。龍蝦肉質結實,算係幾厚肉,而且龍蝦頭有啲膏,都幾香甜,但係食既時候有啲麻煩,個湯匙好大,撩唔到啲肉出嚟,如果用細啲既匙羹上檯會方便啲。而湯底都幾清,煮到奶白色,用咗勝瓜配埋啲蔥花,入口好舒服,同埋湯都頗多,浸住啲飯同龍蝦。但飯量一般,如果多少少會更好,因為食既時候湯多過飯好多,令到每一羹都係湯多飯少。不過lunch 嚟講價錢唔算平,都接近一百蚊。

龍蝦肉質結實,算係幾厚肉,而且龍蝦頭有啲膏,都幾香甜,但係食既時候有啲麻煩,個湯匙好大,撩唔到啲肉出嚟,如果用細啲既匙羹上檯會方便啲。


而湯底都幾清,煮到奶白色,用咗勝瓜配埋啲蔥花,入口好舒服,同埋湯都頗多,浸住啲飯同龍蝦。


但飯量一般,如果多少少會更好,因為食既時候湯多過飯好多,令到每一羹都係湯多飯少。



不過lunch 嚟講價錢唔算平,都接近一百蚊。

原來係灣仔中午好難搵食,雖然食肆林立,但到處都要排隊。好不容易經過一家特色中式小店。入去幫襯皆因個店名,因為餸菜要做到原汁原味絕對不容易。本來想叫個籠仔蒸飯,可惜因趕時間,只好叫了個沙姜雞飯。賣相簡潔,米飯與餸分開,冇花巧。黃皮雞,應該是冰鮮雞,食落有雞味。火候控制到位,雞肉嫩滑有回感。沙姜汁吾算太多,味道吾系太濃,乎合原汁原味。睇到隔離嘅籠仔飯賣相不錯,下次一定要來試吓。另外吾好叫咖啡或茶,此中是吃中菜,大家應該明我講吔!

黃皮雞,應該是冰鮮雞,食落有雞味。火候控制到位,雞肉嫩滑有回感。沙姜汁吾算太多,味道吾系太濃,乎合原汁原味。
睇到隔離嘅籠仔飯賣相不錯,下次一定要來試吓。另外吾好叫咖啡或茶,此中是吃中菜,大家應該明我講吔!

灣仔嘅Happy Friday Lunch 我地選擇去 原汁原味。之前已經黎過,上次食龍躉,今次試下食蒸雞。一上菜,啲雞料係舖滿個大籠,香味撲鼻。蒸雞好足料,雞件大小岩岩好,又滑又入味。蟲草花同雲耳增味增口感。蒸飯除咗吸收咗雞嘅精華,仲有荷葉底嘅香味,令成個蒸飯錦上添花。原汁原味lunch menu 裡面原籠蒸嘅野比較出色,而其他set lunch 就相對麻麻地。同行食咗普通lunch 就覺得好一般。你要識揀呢~ ~

原汁原味lunch menu 裡面原籠蒸嘅野比較出色,而其他set lunch 就相對麻麻地。同行食咗普通lunch 就覺得好一般。你要識揀呢~ ~

Went here for set lunch a few times are was generally happy. Most items on the menu were rice-based. My recommendation are 'baked' rice. I've tried both fish and chicken versions and they were very good. Less impressive was the rice in 'high soup' which was literally rice in soup. The soup was too peppery for my linking although other people do enjoy it. One thing I did not like so much was that drinks are not included on the set lunch (even hot drinks).

很耐之前外賣過下午茶一次, 印象中還可以,上星期日晚其他餐廳到處客滿要等位,這家有位,就入去試下。一食就大失所望。所谓精美小菜$60一碟,分量勁少,細細幾舊的班塊仲要係麵粉多過魚肉。雞肉好鞋又乾,完全沒有鲜雞味。絕對係一般茶餐廳中下水準, 大家樂都好得多。 唯一味道還好係蒸肉餅,但感覺味精很重手,又多油又鹹,食完勁口渴。。。食物麻麻都忍佢啦,但服務態度真係衰到離譜。 我個仔唔小心倒瀉水,已經連聲道歉,但個女企檯一聲不答,好晦气求其亂抹吓檯,黑口黑面。見到兩個女企檯都勁惡好串,由落單到埋單全程黑口黑面。 入來食飯,不敢奢望你笑面迎人,至少都唔應該要無端睇你面色,食到一肚氣。 宜家先睇到Open Rice都早有其他人指出食物難食和服務差,所以話揀餐廳前上網睇下係好有必要。好評自己決定有幾可信,但差評就真係要看清楚,好重要。

試過呢間餐廳好幾次,因為呢間野食味道比較清淡,而且菜式一般比較唔熱氣(即係無咩香口野食),所以間唔中都會黎食下lunch呢度既中湯一向好足料同好飲,今次係豬肉南杏煲西洋菜湯,一盅既份量其實夠兩個人飲米飯有白飯同紅米飯揀,話到明要養生當然揀左紅米牛柳粒燜到好淋好入味,而且又唔會韌配菜中既薯仔外層有少少煎過,加埋黑椒汁炒好惹味,洋蔥同青椒都好爽口唔會炒到過火條魚好足料啖啖肉,加上蔥花同鮮甜豉油送飯一流

昨天晚上原本去灣仔道的一番風味,但客滿,見到對面的這家餐廳就試下啦, 點知就見識了終極揾笨和惡劣服務。一入去侍應黑口黑面,我啲乜什都唔敢問佢地攞。ordered餐牌上精美小菜$60三碟, 上菜時嚇一跳,分量少得離譜,只有正常例牌的三分之一到四分之一左右,碟只有6吋的茶碟大(有相為證- 粟米班塊已吃了兩塊,碟中還剩6塊, 沙姜雞吃了一塊)。 如果按正常分量比例計,等於這家味道普通,狭窄殘舊的小店的一碟菜要$180 至$240! 侍應十分囂張的話我啲嘅小菜就是咁多嘅啦。錢事小,但俾咁搵笨實在氣頂。匆匆食完走,一肚氣。 此店還標榜冇味精,但覺得有味精,吃完非常口渴。花時間寫食評希望少啲受害者中招。

食物質素不錯,所以定期也有幫襯。今天大約9時前入座,大約到9:30-9:40開始不斷收碟。到9:45,還有一碟吃剩三分一的干扁四季豆,一名年約五十,戴眼鏡的女侍應走過來收起我們的碗,問一句:「唔要喇可?」我地都未嚟得切反應,同一秒鐘佢將剛拿起的碗放喺碟四季豆上,得手後即轉身離開!埋單時問經理幾點關門,佢話十10:00 先Last Call,但當時只係9:50。我就問有冇comment card, 經理問我地發生咩事,咁我就照講該名女侍應仲大大聲話「你地有講話唔要!」「我一定會問咗你地要唔要先囉!」我:「你係有問,但我地未答囉!」該女侍應由頭到尾一句唔好意思都冇講過,臨尾我講完果句佢仲要冷笑食物質素有幾好都冇用!一定不會再光顧!

年廿八在灣仔找地方吃午飯,本來想試群記爽腩店,但已經收爐,結果光顧了原汁原味。精選午餐有十幾款選擇。蝦子餅選了清清地的菜苗珍菌炆伊麵($58),很有鑊氣,不算肥膩。我點了野生加拿大象拔蚌泡飯($73),泡飯的湯底非常美味,象拔蚌很鮮甜,份量也很多,吃完這碗熱辣辣的泡飯,感覺很溫暖。
