金菇蕃茄牛尾鍋係主廚新出品, 濃郁嘅茄湯底同新鮮蔬菜嘅配合得無可挑剔
牛尾已經預先煮好再翻熱, 隨時是可以食, 牛尾做得好腍都好入味
金菇菜,腐竹都吸晒味道嘅精華, 又有芹菜同鮮茄嘅高鮮味, 特別好食~
重點記得要飲湯, 湯底味道香濃之餘又唔搶而且仲有肉嘅甜味!

今日加咗一陣班,放工已經見有啲肚餓,同事介紹早排去咗電訊廣場一間小菜館食飯,有特色又好味,要帶我去見識下。同事勁推介黑磚豆腐,話上次食過之後一試難忘。黑磚豆腐外層結實,用筷子夾都唔會輕易散開,咬開原來極脆皮,內裏係白雪雪滑嘟嘟嘅豆腐,拌上少少炸蒜,非常惹未。另外點左個蠔仔肉碎浸時蔬,蠔仔肥嘟嘟,咬開滿口蠔汁嘅鮮甜味,小棠菜煮得翠綠又大棵,碟上嘅湯汁忍唔住飲完一啖啖又一啖!見到隔離枱有碟好大嘅咕嚕肉,忍唔住又叫黎試吓,碟底鋪滿冰粒,剛煮好嘅咕嚕肉外邊又凍又脆,裏邊就又熱又嫩,十分好食。睇嚟呢間都可以成為我哋嘅OT飯堂。

平日都有過嚟lunch,今晚OT完就直接過嚟食埋晚飯先返屋企。Lunch鐘意過嚟食,因為餐廳座位寬闊,坐得舒適,食得招積!入座就叫壺桂花秋龍,壺茶用左個好別緻既茶壺裝住。桂花香味撲鼻,烏龍又可以去油解膩。蓮藕蜜椒骨$108餐廳出名新派粵菜,呢款菜亦代表之一,蓮藕&排骨都經開炸,夠脆口,排骨炸到連骨都脆脆地😀 我都係第一次食呢種煮法gei蓮藕片,幾特別。配埋芝麻蜜糖,味道唔濃烈,但又好好味。金銀蛋浸時蔬$88有時食,咸到飲水都減唔到鹹味,今次食金銀蛋,完全冇呢個問題,咸蛋完全唔會令到整碟菜咸到傻,仲有肉碎,好豐富。
