各方面皆水準以上,正宗馬來西亞風味。甫坐下即送來蝦簽餅,鮮甜可口,吃得出是真材實料,鮮蝦含量高。南洋傳統肉骨茶,喜歡濃郁的藥材味道,感覺滋補,豬肋排軟腍入味,伴以油炸鬼、醬油、紅椒碎和蒜蓉。肥仔芽菜海南雞,選用色澤淡黃油亮的清遠雞,肉質爽滑。芽菜爽脆,豐富了口感層次。香茅煙燻脆皮鴿,賣相美觀,以煙燻著上枱,皮脆肉嫩,伴隨著幽幽的煙燻香氣和香茅香氣。炭烤黑毛豬肋骨是最喜歡的菜式,炭燒的時間掌握得好,沒有令肉質過乾過硬,有肉的位置仍然是嫩滑有肉汁的,加上醬汁香口惹味,還附上六小杯檸檬汁去膩,實在貼心!申江海鮮豆腐煲熱騰足料。馬來脆皮曼煎糕是馬來西亞的人氣小食,餡料有花生碎、白砂糖和粟米粒等,個人覺得粟米的味道不太相配。不少食物可點半份,適合人少光顧時仍可多試一些菜式。
