應該有四年沒吃添好運了,突然好想念,就去了深水埗那間吃。他曾經是米其林一星,可惜一切已成往事,而往事也只能回味。這一次的到訪,真的實在太失望了。難以想像點心竟然是冷的。蝦餃的內餡和皮分離,內陷太重胡椒粉味。蘿蔔糕薄薄的,沒什麼事蘿蔔絲,表面也沒有煎得酥脆。鹹水角曾是我的最愛,可是這一次的皮太厚,餡料被廚師偷吃了嗎,裡頭只有少許的肉末和蘑菇。雪山菠蘿包還可以,外面是脆的,內陷也不會太鹹。糯米雞,雞就小小一塊,糯米就很多,若你想吃飽,這很可以,可是沒什麼味道。土魷肉餅蒸飯,飯是配角,可是份量很多,肉餅身為主角卻是薄薄的一層。淋點醬油,味道還可以。牛肉腸粉,規規矩矩,腸粉皮薄。桂花糕也沒什麼出色,不會太甜,沒什麼桂花味到。整體而言,我好失望。香港有太多更好吃的點心,我再也不會來。

已經有一排沒有去過添好運,上次經過想吃,見到門口已企了二三十人,所以便掉頭走了。今次下午三點幾經過,見沒有人等位,即刻走入去吃個飽。我一個人,所以只是叫了三個點心,當然有我最愛的酥皮叉燒包,仲有蝦餃和羅白糕。酥皮叉燒包 $20 叉燒包新鮮出爐,裏面的叉燒爆哂汁,酥皮又鬆又脆,我一個人可以輕鬆KO 三個。蝦餃$28 蝦餃算係店內較貴的點心,$28 有四隻,但質素都很好,蝦肉爽彈,皮又很薄。蘿白糕$16 有三件,雖然不是很厚,但價錢都ok, 蘿白𢇃都幾多,唔會食到一囗粉。茶錢$3/位,不用加一,埋單只是 $67,已經吃得很飽,米芝連出品,用這個價錢就可以吃到,非常合理。

今天继续给大家介绍香港美食~~这次是来香港必吃的另一家餐厅:添好運。这家应该是价格最便宜最亲民的米其林一星餐厅,环境,真的是不怎么样,服务,真的是不怎么样,但是为什么能成为米其林一星,那就真的是靠他的味道了。好几家分店,每一家到饭点时都排队,盐小粒今天来的这家已经属于游客很少的区域了,离地铁站又很远,本来以为没什么人,哪想到也是要排队,都是附近居民香港人在排队,还有打包回家的,可见味道已经得到了大众的认可。脆皮焗叉烧包是强烈推荐的,很少见到有那么那么脆的皮!(这个口气好像有点像谢霆锋哈哈哈),因为很多叉烧包的皮是塌的,跟包子似的,但是他们的皮有点像点心,咬下去会掉渣那种,肉也是完全不腻的,这道绝对是必点!潮州蒸粉果是在北方很少见到的,里边有很多元素组成,皮是透明的粘的像河粉状,也是很推荐。陈皮牛肉球的味道比较特别,用陈皮腌制过,如果不喜欢陈皮的味道就不要点了,但是如果没有特别的厌倦的话,这道是非常推荐的,因为有时吃太多肉会腻,加上陈皮的味道后就不会。古法糯米鸡,妃子桂花糕,萝卜糕,肠粉,煎蛋牛肉饭,都是很推荐的,每一道都没有失败的地方。而且现在添好運还在日本美国澳大利亚东南亚都开了分店

食親《添好運》都中意係福榮街分店,其他店始終覺得有點不同,不夠好吃。酥皮焗叉燒包係必食之選,外皮脆口,包身軟綿綿包著略帶肥膏的流心叉燒餡料,多年仍能保持水準。熱辣辣出爐,非常好味。腸粉個皮真係又嫩滑又薄,仲有少許米香,入面GE牛肉都好滑。不過添好運入面店員服務態度唔係咁好,亦都因為太好生意,會坐得好迫。所以食完會即刻走,唔會坐好耐。。

So my last day in Hong Kong and this place was on my list. I didn't think I'd make it but what do you know, a location in Hong Kong Station before you transfer to the Express train to the airport. I only had literally 23 HKD left and I believe the pork buns were 27 HKD, I told the lady I was leaving for the US and needed to try these pork buns. Told her I heard they were famous. Had to ask 3 times if they would just take my last HKD. They finally did. And I will say they were the most amazing po

Had to ask 3 times if they would just take my last HKD. They finally did. And I will say they were the most amazing pork buns. The sweet exterior of the bun with the right amount of crispiness. Mouth Watering!!! Definitely worth a try..shame we only found it on our last night.

是日跟父母來到深水埗,買完玩具後,想起這裡附近有添好運點心,就過來試一試店外人頭湧湧,很是誇張,但我們運氣正好,只等了十分鐘便能進店座位是跟別人拼台,且坐的很不舒適點了幾道點心,首先是蜜味叉燒包,很香濃的叉燒,配以墨西哥包外皮,推薦土魷馬蹄肉餅飯的肉餅很滑,但份量偏少免治牛肉腸牛肉算滑,但腸粉皮有點厚豉汁蒸鳳爪普普通通,算是入味潮州蒸粉果用料足卻比較細件美味炇鮮竹卷汁多味不會太濃,算是不錯總體來說此店味道好,但環境服務一般,性價比較低

今次與兩位朋友一起來,除了必食的點心外,特意試以前無乜食過的點心。第一個上枱的是糯米雞($23-),打開一看,餡料幾足,雞肉丶豬肉丶冬菇...等,糯米軟軟黏黏的,獻汁不太濃也不太多,不似有些快餐店的糯米雞,有汁無肉。兼且糯米滲透荷葉香,很好味! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

蝦餃($23-)亦有水凖,每隻有好多蝦,新鮮彈牙,皮亦很薄,yummy yummy!😋😋😋

蘿蔔糕($17-)煎得香口,蘿蔔味不算很濃,亦不多臘味,僅僅合格!

牛腩腸粉($35-)不是每間酒樓都有,特登試試。這個牛腩腸粉卻十分之好味,牛腩用花椒八角等鹵水嚟炆,又香又濃。滑溜的腸粉吸了牛腩汁,很惹味!是必叫的點心之一。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

咸水角($17-)亦是水凖之作,新鮮熱辣,皮薄而炸得香脆,餡料雖不是很多,也合理。

平時最早上枱的,今次卻是押后最尾上枱。這個雪山义燒包,表皮鬆軟,餡料足,一粒粒义燒加埋香甜的燒汁,食到唔停得口。若不是已飽飽地,肯定再叫多一客。😀😀😀

很久沒飲茶了,但深夜時間就只好幫襯添好運吧。一入餐廳,瘋狂地叫了多籠點心,但一上菜,問題就出現了。明明桌面不夠大,就一尾將所有點心放上桌子,茶也差點給她們倒瀉。上食物也不會叫借借,拍你博頭就表示出了聲。叫加茶,就西臉叫等等,等了十多分鐘也不來,只顧後面一堆店員在談天。最後找錢也不說句謝謝,大餅一炸放上枱就算。哈哈,就算再好食又如何,成廿年無見過一間餐廳如此的服務,不知以為返了大陸,但相信大陸也會好過它。😌😌

添好運應該系最平價嘅米芝林壹星餐廳,最耐嗰次排左成個鐘甘。其他分店,中環嗰間都系好多人排隊。*地理位置:深水埗福榮街9-11號地鋪,港鐵深水埗B2出口步行大概十分鐘。*餐廳環境:基本上都需要搭臺,細細個,港式茶樓風。*服務態度:服務員姐姐嘅態度都幾好。*註意事項:早d黎!!!*菜品味道:唔同於廣州嘅茶餐廳甘多餸,添好運可以揀嘅嘢其實唔算好多,但系佢地都系現點現做。老實講,味道都真系幾好,腸粉嘅味道配上醬汁簡直系第一名甘。叉燒包同蝦餃都算招牌。
