To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 記得之前,每次坐巴士經過這間位於深水埗的添好運點心專門店門外都有很多人正在等位,每次看到這樣的情景,我都很想來食,但如果要等一至兩個小時才有位,我又沒有這樣的耐性了。所以,今天中午是第一次來這裡吃點心,等候的人不多,我們等了大約十五分鐘便可以入座。我最喜歡就是這個酥皮焗叉燒包,熱騰騰的叉燒包外皮很香脆,內裡的叉燒不太肥膩。鮮蝦腐皮卷~很惹味香口,每節都包有鮮蝦我們還點了馬拉糕、蝦餃和豉汁魚滑釀尖椒,味道不過不失。

限聚令下,2人8:00pm唔洗等位,直入入前有店員量體溫坐得好闊落,2人坐4人檯,超正狂點嘢食,點了10樣左下起:鮮蝦腐皮卷、酥皮叉燒包、粉果、晶瑩鮮蝦餃、鮮蝦燒賣皇、叉燒腸、豉汁蒸鳳爪、陳皮牛肉球、紅油抄手、鳳爪排骨飯~~~超瘋狂酥皮叉燒包,大推熱熱地,個面勁脆,包身軟熟餡料多,啖啖都吃到叉燒餡唔乾柴晶瑩鮮蝦餃大大粒,皮薄,多餡,粒粒有蝦鮮蝦燒賣王正常,大粒,成舊肉面頭粒杞子,唔知點解見到會覺得養生鳳爪排骨飯啲料鋪滿面,飯唔少,而且上桌時超熱加埋甜豉油,填肚一流陳皮牛肉球我唔吃牛,冇試但勁大粒有配口gip汁仲有其他點心冇特別影一嚟到就食2個人食10碟,飽到^o^茶錢$4@唔貴2人埋單都係$241

添好運不嬲都好出名,之前試過陪外國朋友食過香港站嗰間,勁多人又有少少貴,搞到之後都好少再去添好運食,今日朋友提起,又再去試吓,主要都係為咗酥皮叉燒包而來。咩都唔使講,呢個真係王牌,唔識就你走寶,個酥皮焗得勁香脆,啲包又好軟綿綿,成為左最好嘅對比,而入邊嘅叉燒都肥瘦均勻,超級好食,睇返張相又想再食啦!其他點心,都唔錯的,但係對比其他茶樓選擇就唔算話好多,但係質素都唔差,我哋叫咗鳳爪、鳳爪排骨飯、蛋白春卷、仲有牛肉球。埋單之後覺得都好抵食,唔知係咪因為呢一間比較少遊客同本地啲?所以價錢比我印象中平,下次都會再返嚟呢間分店都食!

Visited Tim Ho Wan due to their Michelin Guide recommendation, did not disappoint. Their signature char siu buns are amazing, you can really taste that they are freshly made particularly with the flaky pineapple bun top layer. Also really liked the crab spring rolls, the rolls are fully stuffed and the chewy texture of the crab  goes well with the crispy pastry. Visited Tim Ho Wan due to their Michelin Guide recommendation, did not disappoint. 安排坐位大執著,態度差,有客在埸,繼續話之前客人不是,反感,現場客即埸話亦有,客人都係想坐得舒服D姐,2人坐4人枱又唔比,4人坐6人枱又話坐𠃊哂佢間鋪D6人枱!D枱咪又係全部砌出黎!砌過第二張很難嗎,員工間間房出黎休息,食飯又唔浪費空間嗎!生意下跌都係因為E D安排所害weekday都安排得甘差

又到晚飯時間,突然想食點心,於是黎到呢間米芝連食店潮聖。剛去到不用等位就可以直接入座,食客都好多元化有外國遊客,本地家庭,朋友等等。點心種類比一般酒樓少,但價錢都幾平易近人。我地點左酥皮焗叉燒包、豉油王炒面、煎臘味蘿蔔糕、黃沙豬潤腸粉同鮑汁鳳爪。洗完杯飲個茶既時間已經上左酥皮叉燒包,酥皮鬆脆而蜜汁叉燒味道適中,亦好多人推介呢個點心,實在唔錯。炒面同蘿蔔糕同一般既酒樓水準差不多,不過不失。至於豬潤腸粉唔係出面常見既,豬潤爽脆唔會太粉,腸粉亦唔會太厚粉,鍾意食豬潤既朋友可以試一試。鮑汁鳳爪係咁多道點心入面,比較失水準,鮑汁較水狀而鳳爪唔唸。整體不錯,但個別點心需要改善,有機會都會再去試試其他點心。
