發現香港有呢個專門店時實在好開心,因為個人一直都超鍾意食tiramisu。店舖位置仲要超級方便,位於中環街市1樓。Tiramisu lab 既tiramisu係以意大利家傳秘方製造,亦有多款口味和包括單人,六人分享,生日蛋糕尺寸等。抹茶米蘇抹茶口味令到個甜度比較平衡,因為茶味都係好濃嘅,茶味嘅甘味好有效令到每一啖食落無咁大負擔,最適合一啲鍾意食甜品但好快會一兩啖就覺得漏嘅朋友。開心果米蘇 呢個真係個人嘅私心推介!從來無諗過開心果味係同tiramisu 咁夾。呢款食落並唔係開心果味加tiramisu咁簡單,而係開心果嘅香味同甜味融合左傳統tiramisu 嘅味道而成嘅口味。一定要試!泰式椰香芒果米蘇呢個味道都幾創新有趣,椰絲同椰漿帶來強烈嘅椰香味,配搭芒果果肉,但用tiramisu 嘅質感嚟呈現,西式甜品但帶來泰式嘅風味,好得意,如果食得多傳統口味,試吓呢種fusion 味道係值得一試嘅。

抹茶口味令到個甜度比較平衡,因為茶味都係好濃嘅,茶味嘅甘味好有效令到每一啖食落無咁大負擔,最適合一啲鍾意食甜品但好快會一兩啖就覺得漏嘅朋友。

泰式椰香芒果米蘇
呢個味道都幾創新有趣,椰絲同椰漿帶來強烈嘅椰香味,配搭芒果果肉,但用tiramisu 嘅質感嚟呈現,西式甜品但帶來泰式嘅風味,好得意,如果食得多傳統口味,試吓呢種fusion 味道係值得一試嘅。

☕️ 傳統招牌口味
沿用意大利家族做法,加入原隻蛋、mascarpone芝士,食落更能突出芝士香味,口感亦較滑身貼服。中間嘅手指餅經過濃縮咖啡浸泡後,啡味都幾出,濕潤度足夠,而表面灑上嘅可可粉並冇過多,食落唔會咁易嗆親!

這間甜品店位於中環街市,是全港首間提拉米蘇專門店,主打Tiramisu外賣自取,分為Mono Misu’、Family Misu’、Birthday Cakes及Pre-order Limited time offer四個系列。這些Tiramisu沿用意大利名廚Ermanno Lelli的家族食譜,再由其延伸出其他創意配搭。每日由香港工場新鮮製造。我試了Mono Misu’系列的其中三款。1960” Classic - $48經典傳統原味。單純以原隻蛋黃和Mascarpone芝士製作,有別於坊間加入鮮忌廉,更突出芝士香味,貼服的質感濃郁又creamy。濕潤的手指餅吸飽濃縮咖啡,放於底部和層與層之間,再撒滿香濃的可可粉,層次超豐富。Matcha Misu’ - $52Mascarpone芝士中加入抹茶粉,更將面層的可可粉改為抹茶粉,充滿著甘醇的抹茶茶香,清新回甘,口感更輕盈。Oreo Misu’ - $52這款則混入Oreo曲奇碎,略帶香脆口感,更有半片Oreo餅乾,充滿濃厚的可可粉香。
