不過「一分錢 一分貨」,

店家真材實料,用料認真,

小食和拉麵都做得相當出色,確實值回票價~

很少出銅鑼灣 行街經過一間拉麵店看到門口餐牌的海膽拉麵 很吸引所以決定試試店內到時主打海鮮的拉麵, 我看到有蟹腳拉麵,不過最後都是決定吃海膽海膽份量很多,沒有腥味,拉麵也可以選擇軟硬度, 還有六塊紫菜不過如果喜歡吃糖心蛋的就要另外點了湯底比其他拉麵店不算很濃烈,但是配合海膽味道也不錯朋友點的是味噌湯拉麵,他的湯底比較濃郁,豚肉也很大塊我覺得拉麵份量都較多。我們還點了這個蒜片牛舌牛肉軟硬適中,配合蒜片,味道很香口整體來說價錢是貴一點,但是他們的海鮮材料十分新鮮,所以都值得一試

牛肉軟硬適中,配合蒜片,味道很香口

近年拉麵店越開越多,但是有特色的拉麵店真是可遇不可求,這晚在銅鑼灣逛街後經過謝斐道,被門口有個巨型燈籠吸引,發現這間小店有不少特色海鮮拉麵,一於試試!小店坐位不多,裝修簡約和諧,因為時間尚早所以不用等位,牆壁掛上一些日本掛布及手寫日文黑板,頗有日本風情。季節限定的“松葉蟹腳拉麵”主角松葉蟹腳鮮味無比,再加上份量十足的蜆肉,令湯底鮮甜美味, 濃郁香惹, 提升不少鮮香味道。拉麵選了幼麵,較為扁身,不失軟彈滋味!“海膽拉麵” 嘩!整碗拉麵鋪滿鮮美海膽及紫菜, 用料毫不吝嗇,確是物有所值。啖啖海膽的鮮味洋溢於口中, 熱食海膽還是第一次,風味清新。配料同樣有份量十足的蜆肉,所以湯底同樣清鮮甜美!燒餃子 餃子外脆內嫩, 肉質鬆軟而豐腴,肉汁豐腴芳香入味。

*雲丹拉麵($198)「雲丹拉麵」一個很有意景的名字,其實是海膽拉麵。

一片一片的海膽,又頗似一片一片的雲朵。

不過個人不太愛海膽沽到湯汁,如果可以隔一隔會更理想。

海膽一片片完整的,可見尚算新鮮;
但是沾了湯汁後,不太吃到海膽的原味。
兩碗的湯底和外面的很不同,用上了海鮮湯底,加入了很多隻蜆;
每一粒都很有肉,沒有沙。

The broth is clam based so it tastes like the broth you get from clams and sake with ramen added to it.

今日遲起身,落到銅鑼灣搵食已經3,4點,去左呢間未食過但多人好評既拉麵店.可能唔係煩忙時間人不多小店細細但裝修不俗,心諗都幾好. 點知一坐低,兩個店員就貼身保鏢咁企喺我後面,店面較窄佢地基本企正我後面,我點了基本的豚骨麵加餃子,出菜又係企喺我隔離一齊等拉麵😓諗住食物好食都算,點知拉麵碗係凍既,雖然影響不大但總覺得少了點什麼,餃子得4件要$38,又唔見得特別好食點解要咁貴,拉麵食落味道只係一般,埋單接近$130實在唔抵食😓
