今日再次黎到灣仔杜老誌食野,呢道一如既往,獎修好幼70 80年代香港風格嘅味道😎,不過食嘢方面就唔同咗,原來依家佢變咗做火鍋專門店🤔。以前點餸食飯就真係好有驚喜,唔知而家轉變為火鍋又係點嘅情況呢😜。。我哋揀咗沙嗲湯底,沙嗲味聞落幾香,食落都幾唔錯👍🏻。食物方面我哋揀咗餐廳推介嘅封門柳同海鮮船,封門柳鮮紅色嘅肉睇落好新鮮,而且脂肪紋路好均勻,食落牛味濃郁之餘又好有口感🤩。而海鮮船真係一條船咁樣上嚟,上面有好多款海鮮,分別有蝦、蟹、鮑魚、花甲、蟶子、魚,食材非常之新鮮,隻蝦用竹籤串起擺喺船上上枱既時候,仲識郁㗎😂。。除此之外,我哋仲叫咗爽滑牛肉、鬼馬蝦膠、紫菜響鈴、五寶丸、皇帝菜、淮山。當中爽滑牛肉同鬼馬蝦膠勁有驚喜🤩,爽滑牛肉上枱嘅時候中間仲有一隻窩蛋,將窩蛋同d牛肉撈埋一齊,牛肉充滿左蛋漿既昧道,而且食落口感更加嫩滑😋。而鬼馬蝦膠原來就係油炸鬼對半切開,上面放上蝦滑同蟹籽,最特別嘅係,因為蝦滑重油炸鬼輕嘅原因,放落去煮嘅時候,就會自動反艇🤣,油炸鬼唔會浸到落個湯度,所以煮熟食嘅時候,依然可以食到油炸鬼爽脆嘅口感😚。

之前有食過呢間餐廳,記得呢間餐廳原本係中式菜為主,今次上到去發現改左為火鍋餐廳,一場嚟到,都坐低試吓啦!見到佢哋有新餐牌同食物,今次一行四人點左10樣火鍋配料包括有手切封門柳、南非鮑魚、鮮鵝腸、黑豚五花腩片、鮮付竹、油麥菜、竹笙釀墨魚、炸午餐肉、三拼餃、紫菜炸響鈴。其中裏邊我個人最愛食係鮑魚同埋炸響鈴,不嬲鍾意食海鮮,佢哋嘅鮑魚雖然我掉落火鍋度滾嘅時間耐左少少,但都冇變敢同有咬口。以呢個價錢黎講算不過不失,多人食飯就可以試多幾樣火鍋配料,整體滿意。
