杜老誌這個名字令你聯想起什麼?大富豪?中國城?這些夜總會見證着香港最繁華時代,歌舞昇平及夜埸的酒池肉林,但隨着時代轉變出現結構性轉型,從十幾年前開始已經相繼結業。朋友不久後便移民,我對朋友說離開之前,帶他到杜老誌滾一滾,朋友聽罷後充滿期待😍,我沒説錯,我帶他們去打-邊-爐(滾一滾)。臨行前當然帶他們來個流行經典,這裏的環境有如進入時光隧道,回到八九十年代,五光十色霓虹光管招牌透視著各種行業嘅繁華,有麻雀館、桑拿、那些年的士多、我的中學時代遊戲機舖,老舊的升降機、舊式酒樓的座椅、配搭還有昔日玩具道具等,滲透着「馬照跑、舞照跳」的氣息,加上周邊懷舊歌曲,對於即將離港的朋友,百般滋味在心頭,唯有打個卡,記住香港「曾經」的自由熱鬧。杜老誌大飯店前身是小炒,最近轉型為火鍋。沙嗲湯底香濃,現在沒有幾間火鍋店能做得這個湯底出色。花雕牛肉充滿特色,封門柳也不是每間火鍋店都有得食,但我還是覺得安格斯牛頸脊最值得推介。$700+海鮮船值得一試,每款海鮮非常新鮮,同時清潔得很徹底。炸魚皮是我吃眾多火鍋最新鮮爽脆的一間,吃上一口便知道不是外來買的貨、肉丸肉質爽彈,其實都估不到食物質素如此地高。食物質素佳還不止

杜老誌大飯店前身是小炒,最近轉型為火鍋。沙嗲湯底香濃,現在沒有幾間火鍋店能做得這個湯底出色。花雕牛肉充滿特色,封門柳也不是每間火鍋店都有得食,但我還是覺得安格斯牛頸脊最值得推介。$700+海鮮船值得一試,每款海鮮非常新鮮,同時清潔得很徹底。炸魚皮是我吃眾多火鍋最新鮮爽脆的一間,吃上一口便知道不是外來買的貨、肉丸肉質爽彈,其實都估不到食物質素如此地高。

食物質素佳還不止,這裏的阿叔阿嬸服務員全是自動波,很難得,並不是踢一踢才郁一郁,加分!

這裏有老香港的情懷,香港變質既成事實,偶然懷緬一下可以,但如果每日攬着枕頭痛哭都沒有可能回到從前,就有如想着前度有個鬼用,可做的便是尋找自己舒服方式過生活,那管人在香港或在海外,最重要自己過得開心,不用對什麼人交代。

非也,講嘅係灣仔呢間食店裝潢擺設佈滿各種香港特式嘅店舖設計,好似有機舖、桑拿浴室同埋麻雀館等等,十分有特色。而我們正正坐在「麻雀館」旁邊,感覺就好似喺麻雀館裏食火鍋,幾搞笑!鴛鴦湯底一辣一唔辣,各適其適,辣嘅係帶麻辣的香,除咗挑戰辣度之外,掂落條脷即刻分泌口水,確係幾惹味。火鍋海鮮船~四人份擺盤幾靚,各類海鮮放在冰上保持新鮮,鮑魚、蝦、蜆、聖子、蟹、鯇魚片樣樣有,見佢喺魚缸撈起隻蟹即開唔新鮮都好難。其他海鮮一樣口感豐富,幾樣海鮮之中,我個人較鍾意食鮑魚,雖然平時對鮑魚沒有特別鍾愛,但呢度啲鮑魚灼熟之後確係好爽口彈牙,因為灼嘅時唔使太耐,以免過於韌。其次我鍾意食鯇魚,放在滾湯中灼幾下,變色同埋開始捲起,就差不多可以撈上來吃,點些醬油提高味道口感。單點形式火鍋好難同放題嗰啲材料比較,放題以量取勝,而單點就以質取勝,仲有呢一類火鍋沒有時間限制,所以唔使食得好急,同朋友舉杯暢聚,反而食得咁高興!

單點形式火鍋好難同放題嗰啲材料比較,放題以量取勝,而單點就以質取勝,仲有呢一類火鍋沒有時間限制,所以唔使食得好急,同朋友舉杯暢聚,反而食得咁高興!

灣仔呢區平日比較靜,但食市都可以一樣咁熱鬧。之前嚟過杜老誌大飯店宜家改咗做火鍋餐廳,仲見有新餐牌,今晚同朋友慶生日,選擇火鍋都係唔錯選擇。呢度佈置特別又懷舊,好似有懷舊士多舖咁夾起一包一包懷舊玩具。原來除咗門面嘅裝修,就算連厠所都整到好似部𨋢咁,黑色𨋢製直頭似舊式大廈,確係幾搞鬼。有花生同青瓜作為前菜,飲啤酒一流。調味格尚算豐富,䓤、辣椒、豉油、沙嗲、炸蒜頭、生蒜蓉等。火鍋係散叫形式,叫了幾款,食落都頗新鮮,就係因為新鮮所以灼兩下就會食到鮮味,好似滑牛肉咁,睇落色澤鮮明,灼熟之後夾起嚟睇紋理細密,咬落嫩滑無渣,成嚿幾一碟看似幾貴,但出面其他食店都差唔多,最緊要新鮮物有所值。丸類、餃類都係唔錯,烚下烚下吹下水慶祝一夜,還望朋友繼續飲和食德,越食越開心。

火鍋係散叫形式,叫了幾款,食落都頗新鮮,就係因為新鮮所以灼兩下就會食到鮮味,好似滑牛肉咁,睇落色澤鮮明,灼熟之後夾起嚟睇紋理細密,咬落嫩滑無渣,成嚿幾一碟看似幾貴,但出面其他食店都差唔多,最緊要新鮮物有所值。
丸類、餃類都係唔錯,烚下烚下吹下水慶祝一夜,還望朋友繼續飲和食德,越食越開心。

湯底方面,我哋揀咗沙嗲湯。呢度嘅沙嗲湯,沙嗲味濃郁,但係又唔會有太肥膩,配牛肉就簡直Perfect。


牛肉啦我就揀咗封門柳,牛味好重好正😆呢度嘅海鮮都真心唔錯,我哋就揀咗蜆😍😍新鮮大隻👍🏽另外仲要推介呢度嘅炸午餐肉,放入火鍋入邊浸幾秒,吸收到湯嘅精華,超級好味😋大家記住要嗌!

朋友最鍾意打邊爐,次次約食飯都要去打邊爐,今次嚟咗呢一間比較港式嘅邊爐,估唔到都幾特別,環境好搞笑好多打卡位,仲有啲性感女郎陪着你打邊爐😂😂嘢食嘅種類都算幾多下,價錢唔會太貴,人均大概$300.400一位比較特別嘅係呢度仲有啲即整小菜,我哋就叫咗個椒鹽鱔球,熱辣辣都幾好食,都幾新鮮,$95來講份量都算幾多,炸粉都唔算太厚可以接受。竹笙釀墨魚,呢個比較特別原來係竹笙入邊包左啲墨魚滑,口感豐富鮮鵝腸,大大條,有少少肥膏,又爽又正棉花魚肚,放落麻辣湯底嗦晒啲湯汁!沙嗲豬頸肉,沙嗲味都幾濃郁,豬頸肉爽口,仲要只係$52好抵食大大碟。另外仲叫咗鴨血,豬紅,冰豆腐放入麻辣湯底,又麻又辣好滿足。

杜老誌大飯店已改成做火爐餐廳,同之前一樣裝修得80年代香港嘅感覺!又有懷舊氣息!menu亦已改為火鍋 menu,超多選擇肉類,海鮮,丸,小食等。西班牙豬肉,色澤好似巴拿馬火腿!在熱湯輕熟10多秒已變色!肉質非常嫩又夠滑!好香都夠挺身!再配點汁醬一齊食更惹味。五寶丸,呢度 d手工丸做得幾好!幾精緻細膩,粒粒都幾爽彈,好有質感口感,證明都係幾新鮮呀!韭菜豬肉餃,外皮都幾夠薄,內層餡料超飽滿!仲 keep到肉汁,好香既韭菜湧出黎,味道好正。花枝片亦係推介之一,夠鮮嫩又qq彈!陣陣鮮味滲出,吸了湯底既香!店員服務態度都幾好,親切有禮,地方又夠大!坐得幾舒服。
