很有牛味,店員先提醒因為有筋所以有少少韌。不過我地就覺得幾好,年輕力壯韌都不怕啦,食落個口感好特別!

  所以坊間中,火鍋店通常以“師傅湯料包”(味精湯)做湯頭,再配上只有骨的豬骨就當完成功課,成本非常便宜,但食客吃下的只覺是味精味精還有味精。

  一品的鍋底不如外邊的火鍋店,湯底入口嚐到鮮味濃郁,而且湯並有胡椒粒作吊味之用,嚐一口湯,濃厚的骨湯中有點胡椒的辣,非常過癮!!

  櫻花牛刺身率先上枱,同行有兩種醬汁作伴,雖然我不太喜好牛肉,但娘娘大讚,牛肉沒有筋,而且肉質近口入即溶,一頓飯之中,娘娘不斷讚嘆肉質的味美。可見愛吃牛刺身的朋友大可以一試!

  再後就是其他菜料上枱,由於見到open rice評好多人都話芝士蝦丸好食,所以今天一直也跟娘娘說要點芝士蝦丸~我們點了一份,跟墨魚滑相配,超級好吃好不好!!

  到最好還想再讚湯底,因為湯中不但配菜多,而且豬骨中亦有平常用在日式拉面中的豬軟骨,香軟的肉配上綿綿的軟骨,真的非常好吃,平常不喝湯的我們也喝了不下5碗湯,還有湯底中的豬大骨還有軟骨,非常好吃,我們就不斷在湯中有沒有軟骨的存在

  不論火鍋的味道,還是服務的質素,我亦非常滿意。希望很快可以再約到朋友一起去再暗暗燈光之下與友人把酒言歡,再享受與朋友一頓飯的時間。

整體黎講:上品既價錢係九龍城咁多間邊爐店黎講算係中等喇,佢一份既份量都幾多,如果同一大班朋友黎食都好划算,食物質素都好好,而且上品環境都好好,安靜加舒適,店員服務都好好,周不時就會幫手清左台上既碟同殘骸。
不得不提,佢個廁所相當之乾淨。

一大班人想打邊爐,在九龍城找著找著,被門口紅黑陪襯加大落地玻璃吸引了,就決定入去試一試。侍應安排了一間房子給我們,一行八人就間房子,真的綽綽有餘。叫了東西後,大家閒話家常,一會兒整個枱子也放滿食物了。普遍食材也很新鮮,放進醉雞窩湯底裡,很快便香氣撲鼻。值得一讚是安格斯牛肉,真的是入口即溶,但想彈的是,我們叫第二碟安格斯牛肉作encore之用時,很不幸,第二碟和第一碟相比,真的水準差太遠了。。。算是這頓火鍋有點失色的地方吧。。。

今日又試新野,呢間開咗冇內!見門面同裏面都幾好環境,就試一試!今次坐樓上!原來上面有幾間房 我哋叫了番茄薯仔牛粉湯,湯底都好甜!裏面啲牛粒都好食! 再叫咗海鮮拼盤、上品牛肉拼盤、象拔蚌、墨魚丸拼蝦丸、鮮腐竹,啲拼盤個擺設好靚,唔可以唔影相!個牛肉都唔錯,不過個象拔蚌重因為好新鮮!如果想坐得舒服,食物水準又唔錯,不防係一個好選擇!
