日式串燒味道不會太過濃烈和太辣,很適合大眾口味!這間位於銅鑼灣亨利中心,很近地鐵站F1出口,餐廳環境略感高級,但價錢相當合理,性格比高的日式串燒!我和朋友都選了串燒lunch set,好飽好滿足👏🏻🔹前菜:麵豉湯,沙律菜,漬身,茶碗蒸 和白飯上灑滿紫菜碎和一棵蛋黃(茶碗蒸很有蛋香味,蛋很滑😍),前菜已飽了5成😆🔹串燒有:橫隔肌,黑豚豬腩串(肉質多汁嫩口),紫蘇里芋豚肉卷(這個很特別,香口而且芋頭好味),茄子,冬菇,蛋黃漬免治雞肉棒(好好味,因為有蛋黃的味道份外吸引),雞翼,雞腿肉,雞胸軟骨(雞系列的串燒,肉嫩惹味)整體味道調得剛好,不會過鹹或無味,也吃到本身肉的味道,是新鮮食材👍🏻🔹飲品可以咖啡或伯爵茶:我們都選擇了熱的伯爵茶,原來吃完了這麼多的串燒,喝了這個伯爵茶真的很舒服很解油膩感,很香濃👍🏻

這家小鳥店的環境非常好,一進來就日式風情滿滿。我們點了他們的串燒套餐,一個人700多,真的是分量十分十分的足。裡面包括了八個串燒和一份主食,還有一份湯,還有一份魚,真的超級的划算。他家的串燒不咸不淡,真的剛剛好吃,也不會太口渴。而串燒食物的質量也是非常的新鮮,並不需要靠很多醬料去掩蓋。一個女生份量來說真的挺大的,主食都吃不下了,飲品推薦梅酒,配串燒再好不過。甜品紅豆奶超級好吃。特別喜歡這種質量的串燒,推薦大家來。

白鱔肉嫩,佐山椒粉,帶點苦澀味道,但配搭出奇的好。

蝦用炸粉炸過,有些部分炸粉較厚,有些則較薄,我喜歡薄的口感。蝦肉質感豐厚且緊實,吃完讓人很有滿足感。

主食:安格斯白布烏冬
第一次吃白布烏冬,呈長方扁條狀,口感順滑有彈性,安格斯牛肉肥厚有嚼勁,配濃郁雞湯,幾種蠻重口味的食物搭配一起,出奇地順口,不消兩分鐘就吃完。
