蔬菜條配鯷魚醬是鮮嫩的蘿蔔青瓜和鯷魚醬的搭配 ,手工製造的醬用沙甸魚、多春魚、蒜蓉、牛奶混合而成。我們點了生蠔,三款由西班牙、日本和法國的生蠔則有不同的口味,從淡口清爽到濃味,口感爽脆或是柔軟。赤貝刺身十分新鮮,貝類刺身的好壞十分能顯出他們鮮度。而北海道白海膽手卷配上三文魚子和帶子比較少吃到,口感亦很有趣。

鹽麴豚腩肉串, 鹽麴令味道更為突出, 香而咸再加上油香, 咬下去肉汁滿滿, 感覺特別香口。
另外餐廳特製的海膽雪糕令人難忘, 是越吃越感覺到清香的海膽味留在齒舌間的香滑感, 很不錯~這間餐廳食物質素很高, 大家大可慶祝什麼來, 不會失望哈哈。
