我今日去銅鑼灣時代廣場,找同事去辦事,順道約同好友去位於時代廣場6樓625-626號舖的花漾食下午茶,環境舒適開揚,坐得舒服。我點左個花漾海南雞飯$78;好友點左個花漾海南雞飯拼白胡椒肉骨茶$98;另外點左芝士蟹粉蟹肉焗酥盒$75,牛油果五色米紙卷$78,斑蘭咖吔多士$36,餐飲係熱桔仔話梅水(跟餐),香茅青檸茘枝梳打(跟餐)。另加一服務費。花漾海南雞肉質鮮嫩滑溜,白胡椒肉骨茶好味,熱辣辣的白胡椒湯好好飲;酥盒的口感豐富,米紙卷好味,咖吔多士好香口,熱桔仔話梅水好解渴,香茅青檸茘枝梳打好清爽!

海南雞是招牌菜,當然要試啦!而肉骨茶也是我的最愛,這個組合很好。這碟海南雞有雞脾肉,也有雞胸肉,雞脾肉質嫩滑,雞胸也不“鞋”口,配埋油飯一齊食,妙絕。
