和朋友到這家餐廳吃下午茶,這家店主打新加坡菜,朋友多年前來過,說可以一試。首先,地方在銅鑼灣時代廣場六樓,交通方便,地點適中,其次,餐廳內裝修不俗,卡位坐得也算舒適。下午茶時間,食客不多,但在我們後座有幾位講話聲浪特高男士,令我們無法安静進食在下午茶餐單中,我們都選了大眾化口味的海南雞拼白胡椒肉骨茶套餐。餐看起來賣相還可,份量亦正常,三種醬料,青瓜伴碟,油飯。吃入口,雞肉不夠嫩滑,皮厚不爽滑,甚至懷疑有雞尾,食剩大堆肥騰騰雞皮,有圖為證無油香,有點乾,整體上口感一般。白胡椒骨肉茶,除了極重胡椒辣味,湯不足料,味道很淡,並不香濃,排骨一般,豬肚不夠焾,甚至有點硬,跟在新加坡飲的肉骨茶,相差甚遠埋單連加一,共計二百餘元的下午茶餐,以價格來說不算太貴但也不便宜,主要是食物質量C P值不高,總體來說,很失望,不推薦

Time square 呢間餐廳都幾抵,而且又冇人等位,就入去試吓啦。今次叫咗一個二人餐A,因為佢望落去都幾多嘢食,不過上菜就覺得份量唔算好多。無骨海南雞(例)例牌海南雞份量唔多,味道不失不過。酸辣無骨鳳爪味道OK峴港炸蝦餅蝦餅望落去好似好,但係其實好薄,亦都冇蝦餅彈牙嘅感覺,食落去都偏油,唔推介。櫻花蝦娃娃菜櫻花蝦味都幾香,夾埋娃娃菜食幾甜。雞油香飯(2碗)味道OK,但係同樣都係份量嘅問題,只有大半碗飯。凍香茅鮮橙茶(少冰)呢個幾好飲!鮮橙同茶加埋好夾,唔錯椰汁冰椰汁味都幾濃咖喱牛腩飯食完個二人餐都唔係好夠飽,於是叫多咗個咖喱牛腩飯。不過呢個咖喱牛腩飯就唔抵啦,雖然味道正常,但係牛腩份量好少,連咖喱汁都唔係好夠。

如果想食新加坡嘢,不妨嚟呢度,質素幾好。欣賞佢哋嘅配搭幾有創意,「無骨海南雞飯拼白胡椒肉骨茶」,平時如果一人前只可以食其中一樣,但呢個配搭就可以試晒兩個款主食。另外仲叫咗「招牌新加坡大喇沙」,我覺得煮得好好味,啲湯嘅味係滲入咗啲麵同埋參參度👍🏻要提返個小食,我哋叫咗個「斑蘭咖吔多士」,雖然真係好肥,但佢牛油同埋咖吔嘅份量各佔一半,出嚟嘅效果好好味,有啲餐廳嘅牛油實在太多,就會蓋過咗咖哋嘅味道😋飲品方面都唔會令你失望嘅。
