難得大家同學仔一年聚會一次緊係要食餐好,今次唔例外都係來頂好,因為可以book房,可以坐幾個鐘大家慢慢傾偈,又講返細路仔時候嘅嘢😂係尖沙咀又方便大家咁就繼續揀呢間。今次已經寫好菜單,一嚟就有得食。先來一個頂好五小碟俾大家開開胃,然後天麻白术燉石頭魚湯,個湯好鮮甜好醒神,煲過湯嘅石頭魚肉及魚皮仍然好味好滑,超驚喜好啱飲;避風塘鮑魚,夠林又入味;薑蔥生蠔好多薑蔥,煎到脆卜卜唔錯;油泡大明蝦球,紅紅綠綠蝦又爽脆;蟹肉扒豆苗,好多蟹肉封住啲菜;薑蔥陳皮蒸虎彬斑,好滑好有魚味;脆皮燒雞真係燒到脆卜卜香噴噴。仲有飯麵甜品,超級滿足的一晚😀

估唔到天氣熱辣辣咁快就立秋,亦都估唔到咁快就有奄仔蟹食。同事食過好食,強烈推介,所以昨天星期日就同屋企人過去食。四個人食飯叫咗兩隻奄仔蟹,經理亦都有推介我們食奄仔蟹,佢話好多膏好多人客食過都話好正。咁我哋就叫咗兩隻試吓。用鹽燒。因為我哋覺得鹽燒味道香口濃郁,食落應該更加惹味。老實講都唔知真係靚唔靚,所以四個人叫兩隻試吓先。如果好食下次再嚟過。碟蟹一上枱,就望到滿滿蟹膏,金黃色,真係食指大動。馬上落手食,食蟹一定要落手食,一啖咬落去,啲蟹膏就好似雪糕咁,滑一滑,係黃金雪糕,好香口,連啲爪都食埋,唔好嘥。大家都覺得今餐應該食左正宗黃油奄仔蟹。侍應比盆熱茶我們洗手。服務都算唔錯。食到熱辣辣正宗黃油奄仔蟹大家都好開心。

中午嚟到頂好,叫了平時都會食嘅傳統點心 - 燒賣、腐皮卷、芋角、XO醬煎腸粉、粉果,水準一直都保持到,有種懷舊味道。今日見同事食燒味飯,我口淡淡反而想試吓鴨腿湯麵。燒鵝食過都不錯,我諗鴨脾應該唔會伏! 上檯時個湯麵原來好似炸醬麵咁-----湯同個麵係分上. 隻鴨脾放響幼麵上面(仲有條菜心),有一 盅燉湯,湯顏色比較深色,估唔到入面有什麼材料。我個食法係: 飲一啖湯,然後食一啖麵,之後再食一大啖鴨腿肉。個湯好香帶甘味,鴨脾juicy 唔會UN,幼面彈牙有咬口無梘水味。整體感覺好正,覺得自己好似好識食咁😆呢樣一啖嗰樣一啖。食呢款麵,真係要慢慢一啖一啖食,滋滋陰陰咁,先至食到呢種經典感覺。
