Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食咁多間海港酒家,呢間真係簡直不知所謂,啲人態度差,要乜無乜,要一壺水,頭一次就話無仲煲緊,算忍你,隔左幾分鐘再問,都係話等下啦吾會死架,我都仲忍住左,第三次就直接出現三壺,叫你拎走不必要個兩壺,就話放係茶几上面吾阻住係食嘢。唔阻住但影響我食嘢喎,攞走擺係茶水間好麻煩?要碟甜醬就要一個推一個,推三推四,拎一碟野好難咩?未見過酒樓係無豆瓣醬啲姐姐好似睇唔到人咁,乜年輕人就吾可以朝早飲茶咩?炒米粉出嚟係凍都算,辣醬都無,炒米粉無味。就連腸粉出嚟都係凍?飲個茶都要忍住啖氣食?

唔知係唔係見我哋成枱麻甩佬,唔似會check 吓張單,先至比錢。
所以亂咁打單,或者每個侍應都要孭數,不得而知。

不過大家真係要自己小心。

今晚同家人一齊出去食餐晚飯,見近期好多人都食阿拉斯加長腳蟹,加上海港張廣告雞乸咁大隻蟹,所以就走去試下,但十分之失望,蟹殼好大好粗,剪開入面,就無咩肉,無鮮味,真係有啲後悔叫左,隻蟹唔好食都算,就檔自問選錯左隻蟹,但他們d小菜真係唔多得,個蒜片牛柳粒,鹹到食唔到,直頭退返比他們,我估師傅可能落咗兩次或三次鹽,我從來都無食過咁鹹的牛柳粒,隻燒雞都好一般,肉質麻麻,上到枱微温,其他叫果d小菜都只係勉強可以接受。總括來過這間酒樓我係唔會再來食!完

6/6/2022 好想食近排有熱嘅「松葉蟹」,今日就嚟「海港酒家」,外賣一隻「清蒸松葉蟹」($298)返屋企慢慢食,慢慢嘆!佢哋包裝得好好,用錫兜原隻「松葉蟹」放入去,拎到返屋企都冇問題。「松葉蟹」好鮮甜,多蟹肉,又多蟹羔,超正呀!用蟹羔撈埋啲蟹肉一齊食,真係好美味!喺屋企食蟹,可以好自由,用手拆蟹殼,大快朵頤,$298一隻,好抵食。酒家蒸好晒,一返屋企就可以即刻食,夠晒方便。而家食蟹唔一定要堂食啦!

朋友介紹如果食阿拉斯加長腳蟹就去海港酒家食,見佢推出338蚊一斤堂食就和家人一起去試試。可能佢食阿拉斯加長腳蟹出名所以去到嘅時候蟹的數量剩餘很少,比較重的蟹已經畀人訂了只剩下三斤多的重量選擇,我們想試蟹嘅原味所以就選擇清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹,果然沒有令我們失望清蒸的長腳蟹味道鮮甜十分好味,值得一試再試,如果下次再食可以叫斤數重一啲的,很久沒有吃大鱔了,所以叫了一個豉汁蒸大鱔,蒸大鱔的火候夠,肉質爽脆鼓汁濃味,其他餸菜都是一般酒樓的味道。
