疫情過後大家都出外用膳,假期去了漁港酒家,全店都滿座,大家都來吃這裏出名的長腳蟹,每斤約$290。今日同朋友一齊來吃了全包宴。食物十分之豐富,第一碟上枱就是他們出名的長腳蟹,活蟹味道依然保持水準,十分新鮮有蟹肉鮮甜,彈牙有肉汁,每隻蟹腳都會幫你剪開,跟日本食店的方法一樣,方便你食用,不用鉸剪的幫助都可以食勻全隻蟹。今日吃了他的乳豬燒鵝,此餐廳的燒味一向很有水準,乳豬皮溫度微熱,外皮芝麻皮十分脆口,可惜豬身有點肥,所以只能吃兩至三片。燒鵝皮亦十分香脆,色澤吸引,鵝身調味剛好。其他菜式帶子炒西蘭花,炸蟹鉗,瑤柱節瓜脯,清蒸龍躉,炒飯炒麵都不俗,但水準不是太突出。最後更有大壽包(蓮蓉及奶黃味)十分之飽肚。基本上食物份量十分大,大部份食物都要打包回家。

今日吃了他的乳豬燒鵝,此餐廳的燒味一向很有水準,乳豬皮溫度微熱,外皮芝麻皮十分脆口,可惜豬身有點肥,所以只能吃兩至三片。

今日與先生來到旺角的海港酒家晚飯,現在疫情已受控,所以見到都很多人出來食飯。餐廳裝修及環景優雅。餐牌菜式不是很多,反而容易揀到菜式。晚餐孖寶B薑蔥焗本灣肉蟹兩隻+濃湯支竹浸菜苗 薑蔥焗本灣肉蟹,兩隻肉蟹雖然不是很大隻,帶有薑蔥味,味道都很鮮。濃湯支竹浸菜苗,湯不是很多,如果多些支竹會更好。皇阿瑪鮑魚雞煲鍋內有4隻鮑魚,雖然食落少了鮑魚味,但感覺上覺得常算足料。雞的份量不是很多, 雞件顯得風乾過及帶硬性,肉汁少,味道一般,有點失望。

我們四位朋友一起去享受長腳蟹。我們在水缸裏挑了一隻生猛的蟹,心想就是你了。這次的蟹$188一斤,這隻蟹很大,有6斤14兩。大約過了20分鐘,蟹蒸好了。蟹的蓋裡乘著很多蟹膏,我們叫了兩碗白飯拌着來吃,簡直是人間美味。每一口都有蟹膏的香味, 很鮮甜,好吃得停不了口。蟹腳的肉相當結實,剪開了蟹殼後,每一口蟹肉都很多,蟹肉除了鮮甜還有淡淡的海水味,想是很新鮮。吃完蟹後,我們都飽了,我們只叫了一碟菜。這是第一次吃蟹吃到飽的經驗, 十分滿足,期望下一次再來。

今日和家人去海港食蒸氣石鍋全包餐,四位龍蝦魚全包餐$1080仲有飲品,價錢都約二百七十一個都可以,但沒有白鱔改為魚,小食泡椒鳳爪都幾好食夠辣,炸魚皮配粥都不錯。三色刺身,三文魚,甜蝦,北寄貝都新鮮程度都可接受。但這裡連計時器都沒有要自已整就麻煩少少,首先食蒜茸開邊龍蝦加魚,龍蝦都新鮮夠爽,魚都不錯,白蜆比較多沙,黑豚肉味淡一般。果皮鮑魚都彈牙有驚喜,如果沒有沙會更好。豬肉丸講五分鐘都不夠熟,淮山之後再加一份,南瓜,蕃薯,再加一個馬拉糕,最後是瑤柱咸排骨粥底,最後結帳不用千三元五個人食都夠食,可能人手不夠就倒茶之類就要等耐少少。

今日又去咗海港食阿拉斯加蟹,但係而家加咗價$188一斤,但都接受到嘅加$20 ,咁例牌同之前一樣都係色情正,咁今日仲帶咗個叉燒,咁我味道就一般般啦,唔及得一啲轉食叉燒嘅餐廳嘅水平啦,但係都入得口嘅,咁仲叫咗隻貴妃雞半隻,呢隻雞真係麻麻哋因為啲肉有啲鞋,似係街邊嗰啲燒味嗰啲$20 一個飯合質素,仲帶咗個大蝦伊麵咁話撈埋啲蟹膏食咁梗係好食啦,佢話最後整咗個炒豆苗,味道正常,重點嘅蟹就最咪先來,依然係肉爽鮮甜,五個人叫咗一隻四斤幾,都幾夠食好爽皮

今日下午食完豐富自助午餐⋯⋯晚上我嘅姑姐又話請我和老公晚飯😬仲話要食阿拉斯加蟹!因為而家好抵食只係$148一斤差唔多係平時嘅一半價錢!我們在洲際酒店🏨原本約尖沙咀但係嗰日海港薈俾人包左場🤨逼不得已就選擇咗旺角呢一間海港酒樓!我們三人叫了七斤多阿拉斯加蟹我哋想試吓齋食蟹有幾滿足!所以叫了最大隻的🤓!原來係唔得嘅!實在好寡!食到三份二已經食唔落啦⋯⋯蟹非常新鮮!非常甜美!但係我哋叫咗個蟹膏炒麵加咗$100!超級唔滿意!從來未食過咁難食嘅炒麵!炒到爛晒😡而且又冇鮮味!蟹膏?冇😤呢間以後都一定唔會去!服務非常差!
