父親節正日各人有事要做,所以延遲了一星期才慶祝。星期五先打去book枱,好彩都有位,因為今日去到都全場坐爆,聽聞海港出名食燒鵝..我哋一行14人叫了12位食嘅超值全包宴都食唔晒。先黎一個乳豬全體, 皮好鬆化又唔多肥膏 ;花膠海螺湯好有膠質掂--尤其是湯入面的雞腳;檸檬炸蝦餅,個皮有小小靭但味道不錯;金銀蒜蒸龍躉頭腩夠滑 但偏鹹;最後壓軸上檯嘅當然係燒鵝皇,果然皮香肉嫩同夠味。食到呢度已經好飽,仲有一盤壽包最尾都食唔曬唯有打包要嚟做早餐。。 由於全包宴免茶錢免加一仲要大大碟抵食!!

很久之前曾經在這裡吃晚飯,依稀記得它的燒鵝好吃,今天中午前和媽咪來到是想食點心,環境明亮,都是一般酒樓的樣子啦。星期一至五早上7:00-11:00 有特價點心,但種類不是很多,還可以有其他選擇,款式較多。我們選了6款點心 :鮑汁鮮竹卷 味道適中不會過咸,內裡豐富的餡料,不錯吧。香茜牛肉腸皮不是最薄,牛肉都算多,整體可以接受。香醋雞蛋豬腳薑與其他酒樓對比,這碗薑醋的酸味較重,吃落感覺不會太膩,很不錯。鳯爪排骨飯飯較硬身,而排骨和鳳爪都幾入味,之後將醤油加入白飯作調味,味道轉變了。芋絲長春卷份量多,香脆可口,芋絲軟滑,好味。五香咸水角炸得很鬆軟,沒有那種油膉味,而且餡料鮮,脆脆的,很惹味。

本人於星期日上午11時光顧,店內人頭湧湧,坐無虛席。侍應部長們忙,本人十分明白,亦能體諒。但本人坐的130枱,剛在廚房出入口旁,當我寫好了點心紙,想遞給服務員時,我身旁起碼10多個服務人員經過,但對我的訴求無動於衷。其中尤以其中一位穿粉紅色制服的女服務員為甚!明明經過聽到落單,卻擰側面當聽不到,嘴角卻帶得戚笑意。請問這是什麼態度呢?如果這一刻不能接單,或者這不是她負責範圍。可以簡單交代一句轉頭幫你也可以呀!但行過,特登擰側頭,加上恥笑的行為,絕不能容忍!但當然也有其他樂於服務的侍應,只可惜一粒老鼠屎影響了。大時大節和閒時也定會在海港分店光顧。我也明白人手不足的問題到處也是,但不代表可以容忍這種服務態度。希望能關注服務人員的服務質素。不能因為忙而成為藉口!

這晚呀姐生日老闆請一班同事食飯。首先上來的是長腳蟹,蟹膏多得滿瀉,蟹腳十分鮮甜;燒鵝皮烤得金香,肉質肥美不會過多脂肪;椒鹽鮑魚是全晚我最喜愛的一道菜,鮑魚肉質嫩不會UN,用椒鹽來調味十分美味。下次若有家庭聚會值得再來。

嗰日見到阿拉斯加長腳蟹188蚊斤諗住同屋企人試下,喺魚缸揀咗隻5斤幾出嚟後有影相,不過我無諗過佢會換咗我隻蟹所以上菜時無留意,食完蟹先check返啲相發覺蟹蓋啲叮既數量都位置都唔同,佢地換走咗我隻新鮮蟹!不過當時同啲老人家食飯隻蟹又已經食咗所以無同佢嘈!做生意做到咁唔老實!所有呢間海X酒家我已經blacklist了!
