另一個很香口惹味既係龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦肉質爽彈,,味道濃而不膩,伊麵亦吸收晒龍蝦的鮮甜汁,夾左兩碗麵食。

老闆埋單,今餐整體不錯,食材很鮮,想當然食材與埋單價錢成正比噠咧。
Other Info. : 用餐時間約個半鐘多點已被催迫要交枱了,樓面話輪侯的人太多了,用餐約7點許到離座時間也未到9點,今餐呢個用餐價錢收費,卻都要迫趕人走,客人唔係話要坐到2046唔肯走,但前後都無過兩個鐘,食任食邊都有兩小時吧,酒樓食飯比人催住閃人確係第一次....................

同朋友行完花墟買了鮮花,跟住去這間酒樓飲茶, 星期六最怕周圍都係人,去到又要排隊等叫,想去食別的, 無奈朋友想飲, 唔使等太久,因為搭檯我哋都要 叉燒包都算大, 半肥叉燒好味道,可惜個皮較硬燒賣好食,蝦大又新鮮蟲草花蒸千層腐皮, 比較特別 ,但非常難食, 腐皮完全黏在一起 ,鞋又硬柴魚花生豬骨粥, 用咸豬排骨煲, 加上柴魚 、油炸鬼好味蒸紅棗糕 ,紅棗味淡,而且唔夠軟熟匆匆食完一餐, 四個人一張枱, 有兩個陌生 覺得好尷尬, 又唔夠地方放碟 , 侍應不足 ,要自己清理, 坐多一陣都唔想!!

非常十一月,公司工作忙到不得了,星期五約左一班姊妹,共六人去海港食餐好,減壓。我地要左4斤幾重的長腳蟹,同蛋白花雕清蒸。味道不得了,蟹的鮮味和蛋白花雕伴,真是給味蕾到左一個點的極限。酒樓請我當面在水箱揀隻蟹。因我地人數只有6位,要左隻4斤幾,188/斤,大概HK$700-800内。蒸好啦,花雕味撲鼻。蟹肉豐厚,鮮甜。另外我地要左個四人套餐炸子雞,較鹹,可能隻雞雪左一段時間,冇肉汁乾得來,又冇味花枝片蝦醬炒西芹,都係鹹都震我要用茶洗左先食。如果點都要揾個藉口讚,只有西芹算爽口不過不失龍蝦E麵煲,龍蝦只有殼可以呷下,肉就冇咩。鹹鹹鹹的龍躉兩食,魚肉很爽,可惜食唔出鮮味l這餐飯對於六人女士份量是足夠有餘。至於味道,蒸蟹我是讚的。

以前平時都有食開寶琳海港,今次第一次幫襯太子呢間海港好唔掂,我們兩公婆下午茶時間到達,要求唔搭枱,但接待及部長都話唔得,一定要搭枱,我堅持要唔搭枱,並說明我們兩個叫菜比較多,搭枱放唔到咁多點心,坐得又逼,部長話要比多一位茶錢先可以唔洗搭枱,無奈接受..........點心一般、服務一般、杯碟清潔衛生好有問題,沒有下次!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!p.s. 我第一次聽食下午茶兩個人一定要搭枱

今日慶祝友人的生日,友人喜歡吃中菜,朋友介紹海港酒家,我大約六時半到達,巳有八成滿座,非常熱鬧,個場好大,一圍與一圍之間距離很近,感覺很迫。我們一行四人叫左手拍青瓜,青瓜很爽很新鮮,跟着,一碟蒜茸粉絲蒸元貝,粉絲很多,元貝新鮮但偏鹹。咕嚕黑豚肉,酸酸甜甜,很開胃。至於燒雞,皮肉滑嫩,味道不俗。我們接着叫左上湯蝦球伊面,蝦球大大粒,落足料,伊面太濕,落得太多水。至於竹笙如意燒豆腐,豆腐好滑,竹笙好爽。至於服務員服務態度方面,呼呼喝喝,待需改善。

9斤幾蟹確喺好有睇頭,不過,收千七蚊真喺唔平。啲蟹腳唔難拆,剪兩嘢就搞掂,原條蟹肉就拆咗出嚟,味道果然好鮮甜,質感爽,大家都食得津津樂道;其中一隻蟹就爆晒膏,另一隻就無乜料到,而蟹膏就搵啲蛋白配嚟食,感覺就更鮮味,但蛋白就唔喺好覺有花彫味。

食完蟹,再嚟就喺龍蝦,雖然話得3斤,但載到成碟滿晒,絕對夠一人一件。而啲龍蝦都做得有水準,蝦肉好爽彈,上湯焗,添份香味。大多數配伊麵底,煎米粉底都喺第一次,米粉煎成好似兩面黃咁,不過,未夠脆,同埋做薄啲覺得會更好。

整體,海港做菜嘅質素唔差,又有供應好多中平價套餐,喺入房焗食貴嘅套餐及設最低消費先貴一大截。另外,啲宴席碟頭都幾夠份量,服務方面ok啦,其實視乎遇到邊位阿姐,主力服務我哋個房嘅阿姐就幾好傾,有講有笑,但另一個間唔時出現幫手嘅阿姐就經常黑面。

海港酒家有幾間分店,今晚就黎到太子既始創中心4樓呢一間。星期一晚6:30入場,已經滿左七成,七點半已要排隊。人流甘旺,酒樓似乎真係唔憂做。今晚叫菜,主要係圍繞呢張晚市菜單。叫咗七個菜,兩個已'賣曬',生意好到呢。。。。綜合呢度嘅味道,呢個炸軟殼蟹,唔錯。起碼食到有蟹肉。芝士鵝肝茄子就偏鹹,冇乜特別,又食唔到有咩鵝肝味。可以忽略。原隻走地雞,賣98蚊,見走地雞幾健康,亦都叫黎試吓。雞肉嘅肉質偏乾,唔係太好食。佢放左啲麻子,食落去條脷會有啲麻痹感,幾得意。綜合黎講,價錢ok. 可以一試。

始創中心有好幾間酒樓,以海港最人頭湧湧,無論午市和下午茶都要輪候入座,而座位亦較為密集。人多自有原因,除了海港的知名度外,相對另外幾家在始創的酒樓,海港的價錢亦更為經濟。在太子這熱鬧的一區,星期一至五午時小點只是$13.5,而最貴的特點只是$23.8,廚點亦在$25至$38之間。我們點了精點($20.8)的鮑汁鳳爪,一碟有六隻,用上了新鮮雞腳,肉質嫩滑,燘煮得剛夠林,甚有口感。雞腳吸收了濃郁的鮑汁,相當入味,而鮑汁味道調配得剛好,我們後來還伴上鳳爪排骨蒸飯來吃鳳爪排骨飯只是中點($15.8),但份量不會將貨就價,排骨都有4至5件,如果一個人來一盅兩件,要吃飽分分鐘比去茶餐廳還便宜蝦餃質素一般,蝦肉不夠爽口,而且蒸得有點過了火喉。煎腸粉軟滑可口,但可煎得更香口。糯米卷餡料不夠軟熟。干煸四季豆份量足,但炒得不夠乾身和欠鑊氣。有感現在酒樓價格回落了,這是一個經濟預示嗎?
