只推介好吃,個人第一款要柯打嘅係水晶鮮蝦腸,但其實呢度嘅牛肉腸粉,各式腸粉都唔錯!皮滑厚度適中,材料十分足,做到咁已經非常可以;另外酒樓更細心甜豉油另上,咁就完全避免腸粉浸到林哂又或者索光哂,甜豉油唔夠等問題。

至於黑金流沙包,出於好奇柯打咗一籠,賣相果然係特別,非常少有酒樓用黑色去製作點心,但結果又幾高貴,至於流沙包的確流沙,但感覺奶皇餡少咗啲,整體不俗。其實除咗以上都仲有試不同點心及小食如燕窩鮮蛋撻、鮮竹牛肉球、珍珠糯米雞、炸糯米雞,但感覺不是太大分別就唔逐一講了。

總結,海港薈係我係灣仔區食過嘅酒樓中,味道最好、價錢最相宜嘅一間。雖然有時因午市十分人多,所以有可能等點心或者會比較耐,但整體點心或小食予人感覺都係即叫即整,故之然新鮮都係一個幾大嘅優點,起碼點心唔會乾爭爭或泥到時食物係溫嘅。綜合以上幾點,真係可以明白點解中午午時可以咁多人。

臨近灣仔碼頭,海港中心沿扶手電梯上3/F便是酒樓。由於是商業區,周日較少人光顧,所以正午也沒有太多人等位。點心水準佳,松露上素粿皮薄餡多,墨魚餅不乾,帶子腸粉皮薄有小粒帶子,滋味。燒味也很好味,燒肉肥瘦相間,皮脆,叉燒也稔,但若嚐肥的就麻麻了,太瘦吧!

We ordered an Alaskan crab paired with baked crab rice and everything else came except for the rice. We asked them about it for at least five times, including one of which we specified we'd like to speak to the manager. The manager only showed up after we asked for her the second time and even then her answer was just keep waiting - she didn't know how long it will take either. One staff actually said we should just cancel the order after 45 minutes of waiting because the kitchen cannot cope with the workload. This is simply not acceptable. All in all we waited for one hour (after finish eating all the other food in one hour). Not coming back for sure

最後是甜品了,本來心想: 太飽了,不能再吃甜品了。 但甜品一上,想法即時180度轉變。濃郁的杏仁香味,杰身而帶點磨沙的感覺就是令人覺得時生磨的,正是本人喜好的口感。美味得再飽也要將整碗放入肚內!
