Other Info. : Relaxed ambience, medium to high noise level, suit big groups.

親家老爺請食飯,睇中左個阿拉斯加長腳蟹餐,專登提大家留肚星期六食晚餐。去到沒失望,訂左間VIP房,里面只放四張台,我地第一台客,好快上左全只乳豬,皮脆肉嫩,加上甜醬和白糖,真系非常惹味。90分。第二道菜翡翠炒帶子螺片,帶子和螺片新鮮彈牙,青芹嫰口爽甜,加上蝦膏(秘制蝦膏可能加了花雕酒的味道,混著幾樣東西下肚,提升了海鮮的豐富囗感,一個字「棒」。90分。第三道菜主菜-清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹,有五斤多重。吃蟹膏一定要加上蟹醋提味,才能辟腥,加上嫰滑爽甜的蟹肉,不負此行!95分。追加了個羊腩煲,嫰滑小羊羔,正!90分。蒸石班,可惜差了一點點火侯,火候剛好時是晶瑩剔透的魚肉可以全部天魔解體下來,只能給80分。脆皮雞,皮脆肉嫩,上面還加了黑松露吊味,可惜雞是冰鮮雞,少了鮮味,80分。壽包有蓮蓉味和咸奶黃味,好吃,90分。省略其他菜四五個,平均都有80分水准,埋單五千多,服務很好,部長全程跟進,值!

第三道菜主菜-清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹,有五斤多重。吃蟹膏一定要加上蟹醋提味,才能辟腥,加上嫰滑爽甜的蟹肉,不負此行!95分。
追加了個羊腩煲,嫰滑小羊羔,正!90分。
蒸石班,可惜差了一點點火侯,火候剛好時是晶瑩剔透的魚肉可以全部天魔解體下來,只能給80分。
脆皮雞,皮脆肉嫩,上面還加了黑松露吊味,可惜雞是冰鮮雞,少了鮮味,80分。
壽包有蓮蓉味和咸奶黃味,好吃,90分。
省略其他菜四五個,平均都有80分水准,埋單五千多,服務很好,部長全程跟進,值!

好一隻5斤3両的蟹被支解後,真的無法復完被斬前的完貌🤔

需然都係海港集團,但之前叫海港酒樓既時侯吳好食,轉左叫海港薈之後味道即刻吳同晒,而且灣仔昵間好似好味D,食過幾次都屬於保持到水準,所以如果去灣仔多數都去呢度飲茶,每次去親我一定會叫包魚刺身,需然吳係話上級既包魚,但56元兩隻算係甘,包魚燒賣又係好食,本身我好小叫燒賣食,但有包魚係面頭就一定叫,是關包魚是我至愛之一😋仲有佛跳牆都吳錯,材料都算足料,入面有一隻小包魚,花膠同海參,之前仲有响螺,不過最近食就無左响螺,但58元碗都算足料,仲有個燒菠羅又係好甜好味,仲有吳記得呢個名好似炸兩既樣子的食物,係好脆,粉皮都包得薄好食,呢幾樣差不多每次去昵度飲茶必叫,其他D點心味道都吳錯,唯獨是椰王櫈鮮奶吳夠熱,失左水準,因為之前食過好味又夠熱辣辣,總括黎講,灣仔海港薈呢度飲茶又係我可以飲茶之選。
