仲有 啫啫芥蘭煲,濃雞湯煲花膠,臘味糯米飯,真係講唔晒!
甜品:紅棗糕,熱辣辣,新鮮出爐。

今日去參加一個中午聚餐,-共開四枱所以有一個包房(V1),房間闊落,冇侷促感。本以為套餐水準係一般。但上第一個菜:乳豬全體就已經有驚喜,估唔到係熱嘅。入口乳豬皮鬆化,跟住落嚟食呢啲菜,個個都有水準。嗰個炸蟹鉗已經唔係一般酒樓嘅行貨,好有水準。西蘭花帶子更加係要加分。食到最尾見紅棗糕更加令人驚奇,上枱時仲熱辣辣,好有紅棗味,平時唔食甜品嘅我,都食咗三件。可能係包房關係,啲侍應睇到親切,招呼周到。這間酒樓出品值得一讚。

(又時光倒流寫食評😜)10/11/2023家母生日,去咗灣仔海港薈 (家母之前同佢啲朋友幫襯過好幾次,每次都會食長腳蟹)最近做緊優惠$188/斤,所以我哋都去試吓。我哋四個人,叫咗一隻大約4斤幾嘅蟹 (埋單隻蟹大約八百幾),另外叫咗牛柳粒、櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲、壽包。一開始梗係食蟹先啦,勁大隻,啲腳勁粗,啖啖肉好好味。佢會另外有一兜蟹膏(黃)起咗出嚟方便食,如果點埋啲蟹肉食真係正。基本上我哋食完隻蟹都覺得有7、8成飽(其實係有啲滯)🤪🤪牛柳粒炒得好有鑊氣,好香。不過牛柳粒嘅份量勁少(同埋都有少少肥)、反而冬菇茄子嗰啲就大量😬😬櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲,完全見唔到食唔到聞吾到櫻花蝦🫠🫠椰菜就好多啦,粉絲份量都多。不過味道就一般啦。我相信去呢間酒樓食長腳蟹都係主打,因為都差唔多有八成嘅枱,都係食長腳蟹。(家母話平時就$288/斤的)

我哋四個人,叫咗一隻大約4斤幾嘅蟹 (埋單隻蟹大約八百幾),另外叫咗牛柳粒、櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲、壽包。

一開始梗係食蟹先啦,勁大隻,啲腳勁粗,啖啖肉好好味。佢會另外有一兜蟹膏(黃)起咗出嚟方便食,如果點埋啲蟹肉食真係正。基本上我哋食完隻蟹都覺得有7、8成飽(其實係有啲滯)🤪🤪

牛柳粒炒得好有鑊氣,好香。不過牛柳粒嘅份量勁少(同埋都有少少肥)、反而冬菇茄子嗰啲就大量😬😬

櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲,完全見唔到食唔到聞吾到櫻花蝦🫠🫠椰菜就好多啦,粉絲份量都多。不過味道就一般啦。

我相信去呢間酒樓食長腳蟹都係主打,因為都差唔多有八成嘅枱,都係食長腳蟹。(家母話平時就$288/斤的)

公司團年多數去酒樓,而今次這間曾經飲過茶食點心,圍菜就未試過,平均價唔算貴,點了個六人餐:1. 海港薈燒鵝(半隻):鵝皮夠脆,肉又滑嫩,這種情況很快就冇,因為它只是用個小蠟燭烘,根本不足夠保持剛上枱時的溫度,到後期食肉質已經咬唔開凍冰冰。2. 上湯焗澳洲龍蝦伊麵(斤半):龍蝦分量多&多肉,伊麵底夠多,夾極都仲有,食唔曬。3. 蟹粉扒豆苗:蟹粉加勾芡鋪豆苗,豆苗幾好食,其他冇特別。4. 岩鹽燒 6 頭鮑魚:明顯不是燒是油炸鮑魚,上枱已凍冰冰,加上口感煙韌又乾,好難食。5. 杏汁花膠濃雞湯:原盅上枱夠熱,杏汁夠濃,花膠好冧好好食。6. 私房欖鼓蒸龍躉斑:其實任何斑類薑蔥+豉油已經好好食,轉用欖鼓多此一舉,又鹹又唔好食,仲浪費左條魚,都唔岩搭。7. 蠟味糯米飯:有蠟腸蠟肉蛋絲花生,夠熱已經好好食,好快就清曬。8. 健康紅棗糕(蒸):即蒸夠熱。圍菜連加一茶芥,圍菜有專用姐姐負責上菜睇進度,感覺良好。但食物質素有進步空間,整體都滿意。

03 Oct 2023 一行七人,共消費28xx, 壽星免付,埋單共六人,人均HKD480。坐大堂,沒有看不見而被忽略的!叫六支啤酒,只來兩支,有人心不在。叫了半隻燒鵝(人未齊所以order叫起)只跟一碟酸梅醬,最後人未到就端上了檯,不是死鹹肉質不是柴了的那種,加上皮脆好食。叫了一隻六斤半的長脚蟹,上檯時沒上鉸剪,莫說洗手兜,就連清潔的毛巾紙巾都無,吃完蟹之後要鬧喇才上鉸剪,長腳蟹是清蒸的,技術上最是靠上什師傅時間控得好,鮮甜原味好食,188/斤。最失望的是大閘蟹粉扒豆苗,被介紹的相片坑了, 似施捨得來丁點蟹粉,沒蟹粉味,絕不值HKD168,似足被偷工減料的出品。風沙芝麻骨製作還可,仍有進步空間,不柴之外只見芝麻但沒丁點芝麻味,風沙就更加不知什麼來頭,比起官塘榮哥私房菜中類似的出品就有天淵之別,沒比較沒傷害,這碟風沙芝麻骨就有丁點混水摸魚的感覺,但整體來說是好食的。小炒皇就多乜謝喇,毫無鑊氣不突止更無酒香,味道還可以只欠這款送酒菜的精髓,值得一讚腰果炸得很好,這才是厨師應有的本錢。最後不得不提一個伴酒小菜鴨舌,讚其入口的質感非常不錯。進餐期間有位侍應走近拿起我檯的咭,沒問沒交流就劃了兩

坐大堂,沒有看不見而被忽略的!叫六支啤酒,只來兩支,有人心不在。叫了半隻燒鵝(人未齊所以order叫起)只跟一碟酸梅醬,最後人未到就端上了檯,不是死鹹肉質不是柴了的那種,加上皮脆好食。叫了一隻六斤半的長脚蟹,上檯時沒上鉸剪,莫說洗手兜,就連清潔的毛巾紙巾都無,吃完蟹之後要鬧喇才上鉸剪,長腳蟹是清蒸的,技術上最是靠上什師傅時間控得好,鮮甜原味好食,188/斤。最失望的是大閘蟹粉扒豆苗,被介紹的相片坑了, 似施捨得來丁點蟹粉,沒蟹粉味,絕不值HKD168,似足被偷工減料的出品。風沙芝麻骨製作還可,仍有進步空間,不柴之外只見芝麻但沒丁點芝麻味,風沙就更加不知什麼來頭,比起官塘榮哥私房菜中類似的出品就有天淵之別,沒比較沒傷害,這碟風沙芝麻骨就有丁點混水摸魚的感覺,但整體來說是好食的。小炒皇就多乜謝喇,毫無鑊氣不突止更無酒香,味道還可以只欠這款送酒菜的精髓,值得一讚腰果炸得很好,這才是厨師應有的本錢。最後不得不提一個伴酒小菜鴨舌,讚其入口的質感非常不錯。進餐期間有位侍應走近拿起我檯的咭,沒問沒交流就劃了兩筆,說我們叫了兩碗飯,嘩......我頂吖,咩年代?仲尼這招?無糖水無水菓,有丁點不歡悦地吃飽離埸。
這店已經幫襯咗很多年,現在有感越做越差。

第一次光顧,服務態度簡直不知所為,完全冇人招呼,想冲茶下單完全冇人理,是我近5 年去過服務質素最差的酒樓,這樣的服務及管理影響香港的形象,應該全部炒晒換過班人上場,作為股東簡直痛心。作為餐飲業,食物雖然重要,但服務質素差也等於趕客走。

同屋企人食飯,方便老人家所以特別揀咗呢間,諗住就腳方便,冇諗過態度如此惡劣。食物唔不算特別。無論我哋問嘢,抑或是要求換碟快態度都十分差。個女員竟然同我地講,你地飲完湯個碗咪干淨囉,要再問兩次經理先換!幫我哋分湯時,基本上所有湯都灑到碗周邊污漕哂!。收走碗碟各樣都係近乎用掉,仲要成餐飯都好似受佢氣咁!我唔知係個别員工定係齋service好老客仔啦!係其他分店食過,冇遇過咁差服務嘅!人均消費六舊,呢個價錢,我唔會再來!呢間要Black list!

8 月27 日下午1 点40 分在灣仔海港薈我和先生被安排入座, 點了兩個点心及一碟安格斯炒牛河, 食物可以接受, 但兩点半已有人摧埋單, 附近有人搬抬和收拾, 為何沒有早通知要幾点收抬, 外出有人剛進來, 我們坐了一個鈡也沒有, 我們用八達通埋單那個伙記竟然大大声話冇, 再追問才說要出門口埋單, 附近好多空抬, 這樣的招呼怎可能再會回頭?
