又到下午茶搵食時間,在荃灣廣場四圍逛,逛到四樓見到呢間餐廳,名字好得意,叫圍威喂。限敘令不能三五知已圍威喂,只有自己享受下午的悠閒。入去座位任選,下午茶餐有十二款,最平二十六元起。我喜歡吃粉麵,所以選了娘惹喇沙湯麵配熱檸茶。未食先欣賞下張餐紙,粉紅磚片的檯面上鋪墊著一張藝術家與圍威喂聯成作品,畫風趣怪。麵上檯了,大大碗,材料有大蝦一隻、豆卜兩個、魚蛋四粒,糖心蛋半隻,芫茜少許。蝦大隻肉爽口,蝦頭內有豐富醬汁,豆卜吸收湯汁後飽滿好吃,魚蛋就普通沒什麼特別,糖心蛋做得不錯,蛋心滑溜,油麵底爽口彈牙。喇沙湯色澤橙黃,但椰汁味不濃,味道不過不失。檸檬茶有些特別,用了青檸和黃檸來沖,茶底夠濃,好飲,只是份量較少。麵的份量等如一份午餐,吃完飽飽了。

Lunch 黎講呢間都算性價比高,今次黎本來係想食豬手嘅,因為上次朋友食過話好好味,可惜今次佢話已經賣哂。結果叫了海南雞飯同埋牛肉船河。海南雞飯d雞好滑,仲俾左脾部份,喜出望外😋至於個船河就跟埋魚皮的,幾好吖!牛肉都ok, 未係特別鬆化但唔算係至cheap 果d 牛肉,加埋牛丸都算多嘅,湯底好濃下。另外再加左春卷小食,夠熱同鬆脆。坐得都ok, 冇話趕住要你走,服務都正常有禮貌。暫時黎講都唔駛特別要等位。整體都很好,會再黎。

而主食我們只點了一客檳城福建蝦湯麵$75價錢看上去不算便宜,但我覺得它的質素絕對是值回票價!令我最深印象的是那個蝦湯底,香氣撲鼻之餘喝下去更是味道濃郁最重要是之後不會口渴,其他配料亦都質素尚佳可說是我在香港吃過較滿意的福建蝦湯麵!
