放工同朋友經過建生,發現原來最近開咗一間新嘅日本嘢,叫和氣食堂。不嬲都鍾意食日本嘢於是就去食個晚餐~一向我都係比較鍾意食刺身同埋三文魚咁所以嗌左一個章紅魚吞拿魚刺身拼盤,再加三文魚五味壽司。不得不說佢嘅三文魚搭配唔同嘅材料,例如係牛油果、芝士食落都幾新鮮亦都幾唔錯。而章紅魚刺身之前係一直都無食過,感覺濃魚味,可以試一試。吞拿魚刺身就冇咩驚喜,亦都唔係好重魚油香。而主食就係鯛魚湯泡飯湯泡飯本身有鯛魚生魚片係飯上面,然後侍應就會係我地面前倒入一啲滾嘅魚湯落去,過程都覺得幾新鮮。當佢嗰啲湯滾完之後,嗰啲飯粒就會吸收晒啲湯汁,所以食落去既飯粒飽滿之餘充滿魚嘅鮮味。另外,貪得意嗌咗一個閃電雞翼,原來佢係一個凍嘅蜜糖單骨雞翼,感覺凍凍地同甜甜地,香口得尼又唔熱氣~仲有芝士厚燒玉子同鐵板煎牛舌就正正常常!特飲推介藍柑白桃梳打,飲落fresh之餘又大大杯,CP值都幾高

今日team lunch去咗和氣食堂,之前食過一次都正正常常,冇乜特別,勝在夠大份。其實佢啲位都幾好坐,上菜速度都快嘅,味道都正常。今次再去食嘅時候,叫左個壽司配烏冬,大大份,味道不錯。但竟然係食壽司嘅時候,壽司飯入面竟然食到有鋼絲,好彩食到lur返出黎,真係唔敢想像如果吞咗落肚嘅話,再屙返出嚟會係點。話左比職員知,雖然職員補返枝波子汽水同比左九折就想了事,但都真係唔敢再食,一啲基本衛生都無既時候,野食幾好食,服務態度幾好都無用,期待改善的空間。

近排好中意入屯門搵食,今日就黎到呢間都幾旺場既和氣食堂我地好早到,但都已經坐左幾枱客人係到。menu全部都有圖,好有心機,完全唔怕中伏。食日本野第一時間食壽司基本啦,蟹糕帆立貝軍艦勁鮮味,啲蟹糕好出色呢個三色花之戀我係menu見到就知道今日一定食硬佢大大件,入面唔會好重沙律醬,反而靠上面啲甜芒果、海膽帶出個味,同平時食開個啲重沙律醬花之戀唔同,勁好味燒物,燒得好軟身唔會乾,味道亦夠咸,調味得足蒜燒茄子,上面勁重蒜好香,平時去BBQ都中意燒茄子食既朋友一定要試下!炸蝦天婦羅,有別於平時點開個啲天婦羅汁,呢到落左明太子醬,甜甜地,又真係幾好食泡菜黑豚肉石頭飯,好大碗,上面黑豚肉份量都唔少,熟得好淋,而且混入左啲泡菜味,好食下面啲飯都索晒啲泡菜醬汁,食到後面有少少辣,好過癮!

好欣賞佢個梅酒,職員話係老闆親自整嘅,聽講係喺每年嘅三四月整一次。喺呢度睇得出呢間餐廳非常之有心,老闆亦都係一個真係鍾意料理嘅人。 佢嘅梅酒我覺得拍得住名牌子 Choya。 梅酒偏甜,飲落去唔會話覺得好「近」,相對容易入口,梅味出。本身見佢上嚟咁多冰都驚佢融晒之後會溝淡咗個酒, 但估唔到去到最後飲都仍然覺得係夠味。 如果唔係我酒量唔好一定會飲多杯🤣😆

對上一次去和氣食堂係喺沙田區今日去咗屯門寶怡花園果度探朋友,先知道原來呢邊係有分店上次食過沙田嗰間都覺得好好味今日就試埋屯門區新開呢間,果然冇令我失望環境舒適,枱同枱之間嘅距離都非常充足,所以坐得好舒服食材又新鮮係一間日式餐廳見到餐牌上面真係有好多唔同種類嘅選擇尤其是係蝦嘅種類有好多叫咗個雜錦刺身定食刺身非常新鮮每一件都夠晒凍又夠鮮甜帶子非常厚而且蝦又好爽口仲要非常大隻真係冇諗過一間小店能夠做到咁出色日式蒸蛋👏剛剛蒸起非常熱辣雞蛋蒸到非常滑而且水蛋嘅湯底仲夠晒味道,入面有冬菇作配菜🤤青蘋果梳打,加$9就有得飲好香嘅青蘋果味又夠凍飲落非常舒服又唔會太甜檸檬藍金梳打$45, 完全冇諗過喺餐廳都可以飲到呢個飲品真係喜出望外,檸檬有好清香嘅味道,甜甜酸酸我好鍾意飲明太子醬蝦天婦羅🍤天婦羅炸都非常乾身外脆內軟蝦嘅size雖然唔係太大隻但係非常爽口鮮甜外皮炸到剛剛好,炸皮又唔會太厚,上面仲有明太子醬,令到天婦羅嘅味道更加突出黑豚肩燒丼附泡菜,攬位完全唔油膩入口又非常香口仲要用一百度高溫去燒,我第一次食咁好食嘅黑豚腩燒,係必食嘅木魚湯烏冬湯底非常清甜上面有少許粟米同木耳絲仲有一片魚蛋少許蔥花好健康嘅

好健康嘅選擇,烏冬嘅粗幼剛剛好

楊物炸雞,因為跟餐,所以只有兩件雞肉,非常嫩滑,入面完全唔乾身
