💋班蘭青咖哩吉列豬扒飯,佢呢個青咖哩好重椰汁味,加埋淡淡的班蘭香氣,好正,佢配料都唔惹少,都好多薯仔,茄子等,唔怪得可以無限添加白飯啦!絕對係白飯殺手,但我地冇諗過會咁好食,所以叫多個主食,最後都冇加到飯,而佢上面個塊吉列豬扒炸得岩岩好,又脆身,又唔會太油膩,又夠大塊,佢仲預先幫我地切好左,幾好。佢白飯其實都可以講下,佢係飯面上都加左D乾蔥碎,配埋珍珠米,令到個飯的香氣大增,必食!

中西合壁版羊架又係驚喜之作!原本會覺得有啲奇怪,但個酸甜鎭江醋汁又幾開胃,中和左羊架本身嘅油膩感。店員話廚師仲加入左少少咖啡粉,平衡番醋汁嘅味道之餘,又減低羊膻味。但因為羊架成本較高,得3塊,所以佢就用薯仔沙律代替薯蓉做配菜,令大家食起來更滿足飽肚🤰🏻

今日去咗朗屏探朋友,Lunch去咗間fusion嘅東南亞餐廳辣椒蕃茄酸菜蟹肉鮮魚湯伴飯💰8️⃣8️⃣味道酸酸辣辣幾開胃,朋友仔一向唔食辣嘢都食到,不過要小心魚塊會有細骨蟹肉蟹籽秋葵撈檬粉 💰9️⃣8️⃣呢個撈檬感覺幾健康且而賣相好吸引,跟咗個龍蝦湯撈嚟食追加咗兩款小食扎肉米紙卷配炸野米、醋漬冬菇💰2️⃣8️⃣米卷裏面有紅蘿蔔絲、扎肉、青瓜絲同椰菜絲,味道主要來自甜酒松露汁,所以食落比較清淡啲巴東牛肉生菜包 💰3️⃣8️⃣牛肉炆得好淋,份量都唔少,有埋香草同辣椒仔自行調配越南咖啡 跟餐加💰1️⃣8️⃣泰式奶茶 跟餐加💰1️⃣5️⃣拉花嘅泰式奶茶好靚🎈東南亞料理研究所🎈元朗宏業南街22號虹方地下5號舖

朗屏又開左間新餐廳喇!早一個月前呢間餐廳岩岩開, 本身諗住去附近食燒肉, 但因太多人而呢度可能啱啱開業冇咩人, 所以決定入去試試👐🏿👐🏿我地一家5人黎食, 一坐睇見到餐牌完全手足無措, 因為餐牌全部冇圖片而食物名好長, 字面上完全想像唔到係咩食物, 所以叫餐廳職員介紹, 但亦可能因為啱啱開業緣故, 職員都未清楚知道食物嘅實質樣貌, 所以介紹得不夠準美😿😿最後膽粗粗叫咗幾個菜式, 送到黎嘅時候都估唔到佢係咩味, 之後開始慢慢細食, 每樣菜式既味道都好細緻, 的確如餐廳名混合東南亞元素嘅食物, 食到好多種唔同嘅味道, 感覺新鮮! 🤩🤩食完之後諗住買單但因為事業期間唔能夠接受信用卡只能接受現金, 所以呢樣嘢彼為唔方便😥
