Had a booking, they tried to give us the worst table next to the kitchen and toilet. Finally got a normal table. Food was just so-so. I consider myself someone who loves Cha siu and has eaten it many times over many years in many different places. The Cha siu here is lauded as one of the best in HK. It’s not. 西苑的叉燒十分出名,因為有成龍大哥推薦。上。次試過普普通通,俾多一次機會。今次相信是部位較佳,無筋,食落好鬆化,亦有焦香,好食。叉燒旦飯用煲仔上,更有香港風味。試埋荷葉蒸石班飯,份量十分多,味道不過不失。推介蟹粉小籠和杏汁包,十分好吃。環境方面,酒樓在Lee Garden 中,不需要懷疑,環境一流,地方寬敞,奇怪的是裝修前後沒有太大分別。服務唔錯,不過唔係熟客,店員當然無哎熱情,主要都係去食好野,服務唔差就ok 啦。

以前都經常去,疫情過後一段時間冇嚟,諗住帶家中老人家嚟飲下茶,點知茶都未飲已經食咗一肚氣!響門口等知客安排座位已經超過10分鐘,原來去咗幫個熟客做外賣!最後酒樓只提供一小時用膳時間,為免老人家行來行去,所以無奈接受!座位安排在酒樓最入邊的房間,入座後超過10分鐘都冇人理冇人開茶!諗住可能冇人知道已經有客在房,唯有主動去找侍應幫忙。佢招呼完阿乜先生物公子之後回應一句,一陣得閒自然會有人嚟幫你!原來此高級酒樓有如此佛系的服務態度,真係大開眼界!家中老人家十分憤怒,寧願去第二間酒樓好過!

I called on Friday checking if they can reserve a table for 6 pax and got confirmation. Then we arrived at 12noon as booked and they only offerred us a table for 4 pax capacity, while there are still many empty table. The manager said they arrange table as first come and first serve. Then we said we also made reservation and we are all here so his excuse didnt hold it. Then they said other people made reservation on specific tables. 西苑酒家在太古城的分店, 是公司同事Team Lunch的其中一家食堂, 作為香港酒樓的老一輩, 它的手工菜和傳統點心有一定的手準. 週末銅鑼灣的分店, 依然客似雲來. 雖說它比一般茶樓高級, 但人均三百多元吃六道點心和小菜的午飯, 已經可以媲美酒店粵式茶樓的價錢, 抵不抵就見仁見智.沒有點大哥叉燒, 因為平時已經吃夠, 點了燒鱔感覺相當不錯, 除了肉質爽彈中帶肥美外, 兩面都煎得相當香脆而不會過燶, 一百八十多元的價錢也許就是鱔價越來越貴的結果. 至於傳統點心質素比較參差, 叉燒腸外面米皮夠嫩滑, 但內裡叉燒味道不夠; 燒賣件頭夠大, 內裡多汁而澄麵皮夠薄, 上面的鮮蝦和蟹籽是相當傳統的做法, 但現在見到的不多; 炸芋酥的芋蓉內餡口感夠粉, 外面炸得酥脆而沒油膉味; 最後亦是最失望的是XO醬蘿蔔糕, 表面的蘿蔔糕沒有XO醬的味道, 而底部的味道就濃過頭, 一入口就溶化, 而且不太感受到臘味的咸香, 以西苑之名這不能合格呢!另一道西苑的名菜爵士湯, 這次就沒有點, 因為兩個人喝一壺湯, 感覺太奢侈. 究竟這道湯的源頭是鄧肇堅爵士還是Sir Run Run Shaw, 這也是一個不解之謎

与幾位長輩一起到銅鑼灣西苑午茶,實在難得. 說實話, 西苑給我的印象是👉貴呢!何解:話說約十幾年前,我曾与父母來這西苑晚餐👉一打開歺牌,見一味👉蕃茄炒蛋就成為$90元!嘩!很貴呢!所以很久也未有光顧這間食肆啊! 不過,今次因某位長輩欢喜這間,便順意一下.當天我們被安排坐在偏廳👉感覺也是良好的;經理及女侍應是招呼得到的。兩款甜品頗出色👉1/菊花糕:結實晶瑩, 口感好;2/紅豆涼粉杯:雖然要等一段時間,但值得👉首先講賣相:杯子很精緻,內裡的紅豆大粒加上涼粉超爽,很好味!但河鮮米線太不值噢👉$88元只有一碗多份量:一個人的份量也不夠呢!還有它們的(大哥义燒蛋炒飯要$148元)👈是否貴了一点呢?(雖然我們沒点這個飯). 整體而言,環境舒適,店裡職員招呼得宜;只是米線份量太少,不夠吃.
