為歡迎家中姨媽姨丈回港,三位靚靚auntie上星期於銅鑼灣「西苑酒家」設宴一席,款待好友 。小肥記得多年前曾經去過「西苑」於嘉蘭中心o既舊舖,不過對其印象唔係咁深刻,之後亦冇再返轉頭,所以今次黎新舖都未有抱太大期望。週五晚市,「西苑」全店滿座,就連走廊都要多擺幾張二人散座 ,似乎唔講得笑喎。食店樓底高,但係裝修卻有少少俗套,去洗手間仲好似個迷宮咁,如果冇牆上o既指示真係幾容易會蕩失路。主人家一早訂咗間廂房,空間足,空氣又流通,除咗經理姐姐會不時進出打點之外,房中仲長期有位溫文有禮o既姐姐為客人加添酒水、更換不潔o既餐具、分配餸菜等,服務相當稱心周到 。粉紅色o既菜單上可見小食都已經有五款,熱食大多更為海鮮美食,甜品亦有三道,淨睇都覺得豐富 ! 小食之皮蛋酸薑:亮澤o既皮蛋香滑溏心,伴碟o既酸薑冇渣又唔辣,一眾長輩都好滿意 。 小食之陳醋云耳:黑色o既雲耳好爽脆,不過個人唔多鍾意陳醋o既酸味。 小食之鹽水豆腐:鹽水豆腐同XO仔喺潮州酒家食開嗰啲「普寧豆腐」無異,皮脆心軟嫩,雖然豆腐冇煙散出,但咬落就知個心其實好熱。 小食之松露醬野菌:以松露醬炒煮o既雜菌賣相可能唔係咁吸
