Buah Keluak Brioche

這個分了兩種做法。綠色斑蘭葉包住的是糯米飯,入口煙韌,味道非常香。第一種做法是旁邊配有綠色的葱油和有一件特式豉油雞。另一種食法就是,用雞皮包住雞肉去油炸的卷物roulade,味道非常特別。

今日同同事見客,對方係新加坡人,所以都想揀返新加坡菜式,但原來香港唔多主打食新加坡菜,搵搵下就發現中環有間歐陸菜融合新加坡菜餐廳😍揀左平日晚上去試一試.餐廳提供八道菜嚐味菜單,當中有幾款比較深刻,包括海南雞糯米飯同埋一道白蘆筍蟶子石栗烤燭果🤤.新加坡菜當然會有海南雞飯,但同一般食到唔同,飯是糯米飯,煙煙韌韌👍🏻雞好似整成一個雞卷一樣,外型好吸引,有雞香不油膩,肉質軟嫩另外其中一道創新菜,食材有白蘆筍、蟶子、石栗、烤燭果,擺盤好有fine dining感覺,蟶子鮮甜,整體質感和味道呈完美的平衡,真係幾出色☺️最後上埋甜品,平時我唔太好甜品,不過同事食完話好好味,咁我都試下🤣

呢道菜嘅麵條柔滑,咖哩濃郁香辣,同時配上新鮮魷魚同鮑魚,口感豐富且味道層次分明。每一口都令人回味無窮。

🌼 鯖魚
