朋友介紹呢間樓上邊爐唔錯,即管去試下係咪咁正先。因為得兩個人,所以冇叫火焰龍蝦煲。因淨食煲內的海鮮,都唔使叫其他野lu。所以今次決定試個四色煲:麻辣,芫荽,蕃茄 & 沙嗲。麻辣煲唔太麻唔太辣,煲內有鴨血,味精尚可。芫荽煲內有豆腐,皮蛋,多芫荽。蕃茄煲內有薯仔,牛腩都算腍。沙嗲都惹味。麻辣&沙嗲煲都有豬皮,入哂味。打邊爐料叫左牛拼盆(牛舌,牛胸爽,安格斯肥牛,極上牛頸脊)最特別係牛胸爽,因為唔係度度有,其他都一般。雲吞一般。淮山,萵笋新鮮的。桶蠔唔夠鮮甜。脆肉鯇尚可。梅菜肉丸梅唔錯,肉質稔,好香梅菜味。最正係炸物,老友鬼鬼,紫菜炸響鈴 & 炸魚皮。都炸得好酥脆。炸魚皮尤其出色,好似食薯片咁。
