同朋友試得西餐多,今次都係時候試下中菜。本身訂左位,所以都唔需要等,但發現原來就算係平日,地下一層得八、九張枱,但都坐得滿,呢間餐廳相信都係出名。見到枱上餐具,好夠懷舊氣息。點菜時實在有太多選擇,所以隨意先叫三樣餸試下先,分別係出晒名既乳豬、桶蠔同羊排。個個係呢度留言既都話乳豬係必食,所以少少地就叫碟例牌。朋友一咬層皮,我都聽到脆既聲,無可否認,皮脆肉嫩確實係事實,但相反我覺得欠缺左香味,口感十足但味道一般。而桶蠔亦都好味,蠔既size中等,薑蔥吸晒蠔味,係整碟餸既靈魂。因為朋友同我都係愛羊之人,見餐牌有“手抓羊排”都出於好奇想order,但餸名旁邊一隻辣椒,都擔心會好辣,不過我地都膽粗粗去試下!上菜時就即係有驚喜,原來似四川麻辣既煮法,以為真係好辣,其實一D都唔係,咬一啖就知羊吸左辣既精華,好有麻香味,但仍然保留住自己既羊羶味,煮既火候岩岩好,骨同肉一咬就分開,食到呢度相信都未夠飽(冬天呀~~~),所以再叫兩個餸!啫啫唐生菜煲都好味,因為食得太多肉,點都要叫番碟菜來消化下!蛋白薑米蒜香蟹飯,蒜香味濃郁,可惜就係蓋過蟹既鮮味,同時薑蒜味浸入飯內,所以飯變成精華,而唔係蟹,但食到呢度已經
