講起五花肉就要講佢啲前菜,佢之前菜入邊我最鍾意嘅係蘿蔔,超級入味,而且煮到好腍,最正係可以無限添加。其次可以無限添加嘅就係生菜,搭配住啲肥美嘅五花肉食真係一流。佢有四隻味道:黑椒鹽、韓式醬汁、蔥蒜同埋果味醬汁,我個人最鍾意係果味醬汁,男朋友就覺得韓式醬汁配埋生菜好夾。本身佢啲肉質都好嫩滑,加埋啲邊位油花燒到有焦香味,超級誘人😋。食嘅時候覺得個份量真係多,超級抵食同埋過癮。

第一次見到牛眼蓋,覺得好有趣,好想試吓咩味。咁啱見到拼盤特價,咁就即刻嗌嚟試吓。拼盤包A5宮崎雪花和牛粒、和牛稀有牛眼蓋同厚切牛舌。和牛粒就好香好嫩,食得出和牛嘅油香味,完全唔使點任何醬汁都好正。牛眼蓋第一次食覺得有啲煙韌,好香牛味,都幾唔錯。至於佢嘅牛舌係真係相當之厚切,我哋用鉸剪剪咗好多刀分細佢,牛舌煙韌得嚟相當之好食,鍾意食牛舌嘅千祈唔好錯過。
