好耐都冇同過屋企人出去食自助餐, 咁岩係網上見到呢間餐廳有個半自助餐, 於是就好奇黎試下, 由中午12點開始至下午3點, 可能是平日的關係, 當日的客人唔多, 餐廳內環境寬敞, 坐得幾舒服, 員工亦有禮貌地招待。食物方面, 每人可以選擇一份主菜, 而其他配菜就以自助形式任食, 主菜我們加錢點了燒龍蝦和壽喜燒,龍蝦燒的剛剛好, 肉質新鮮不會燒的太乾。壽喜燒的和牛薄片很大塊,入口即溶,而且分量幾多。自助的食物種類也不少,有沙律,串燒,壽司,炸物,刺身,甜品,飲品。炸物都是新鮮炸, 香脆可口。 當日同屋企人食完之後感覺好飽好滿足。

短短一個月內第二次光顧YAMA !第一次響六月頭享用YAMA lunch buffet之後,的確令我眼前一亮!於是7月1號連同朋友一齊再去慶祝,但可惜今次可能遇著颱風,假期同埋疫情反彈,餐廳lunch buffet只有三數枱,令到個semi buffet 失色不少!值得一讚佢嘅刺身頭盤同主菜維持水準!但可惜,十二點鐘入去semi buffet取餐處的時候,天婦羅串燒都是預先整好及放了長時間,都已經放到涼了!由於很少客人,去到兩點半,串燒仍然沒有更新!相比六月頭,我可以食到,即燒串燒牛脷同雞翼;而天婦羅等都係新鮮炸好的!我一直都鍾意享用帝都酒店旗下嘅餐廳,都希望下次再去嘅時候,回復一定嘅水準!

今日到沙田YAMA 享用午餐,作為酒店餐廳,環境和格調都唔錯,今天安排坐吧枱,一邊望著師父準備食物,一邊享用美食,一入門,侍應備茶點餐,大約5分鐘,蒸蛋及沙律送上,蒸蛋底有白果,蝦及年糕?,第一次食到有年糕既蒸蛋,叫做幾得意,但感覺唔係好夾。過左10分鐘,主菜送上,叫了和牛燒肉三盛,因為上次試過自己燒但燒燶,所以今次叫左燒埋先上,好處係唔洗煩,又唔會燶左,但壞處係食到一半已經凍左,3款肉,肉眼西冷牛肩,肉質唔錯,而且都juicy,呢個價錢,有沙律蒸蛋主菜湯,可以encore,不過下次會食返自己燒😂😂😂
