首先上咗帆立貝配海苔高湯
帆立貝生熟到控制得剛剛好突顯咗師傅嘅功架,而且我特別想稱讚上面嘅三文魚籽,師傅話特別醃製過,所以更加鮮甜,而且唔會過咸,口感亦都係好彈L彈L咁😝

沙巴虎蝦
大虎蝦用咗牛油黑椒同埋鹽去煎香,睇住師傅三幾下就可以將大虎蝦起肉,然後用蝦頭膏煮汁,成件事行雲流水,真係視覺享受!蝦肉爽甜彈牙,回味呀😘

香煎鵝肝多士伴黑醋汁
呢個都係發揮到高水準,芳香肥沃,另外我特別鍾意呢度配咗兩粒黑蜜豆,好綿密,亦都同鵝肝入口則用嘅口感有啲對比,好得意!

美國牛柳
呢度滿足咗貪心嘅我,因為佢有齊厚燒薄燒,2款都可以食晒🤣 厚燒5成熟剛剛好,配埋炸蒜片一齊食!不過我個人更加鍾意薄燒,配埋入面嘅香蔥蒜咬入口係可以做到爆汁!

黑松露蟹肉炒飯
炒飯亦都唔係一貫平時常見嘅和牛炒飯,呢度係用咗一絲絲嘅蟹肉配埋黑松露去炒,一上枱真係香到一個點,炒得粒粒乾身,好食!

炒雜菜可以幫到大家清下味蕾,爽脆嘅口感,亦都可以幫助解膩。魚湯入口溫順,濃郁得嚟唔會腥,而且食完咁多嘢飲一碗暖笠笠嘅湯暖胃係好舒服!甜品係抹茶奶凍Nice ending!

呢度嘅廚師同埋staff都10分專業,亦都好有禮貌,每次上菜都會介紹菜式有咩特別之處同埋食用嘅方法次序,整體係食得好舒服同埋味道好出色嘅晚餐,推介大家都嚟試吓!

壽司就係用上左深海池魚同埋小池魚,兩款壽司,口感各有不同,別具風味!

廚師用沙巴虎蝦頭的膏造成一個美味嘅醬汁跟蝦肉一起烹調,真係好鮮甜,好好味!蝦肉係比較爽嘅,可以同啲蝦膏汁一齊食或者分開食,吃出不同嘅層次。

香煎鵝肝拌藍莓醬係一個令我比較印象深刻而且特別欣賞嘅菜式。香煎嘅鵝肝醬跟多士一起食,配以黑醋藍莓汁,熱熱的好夾味。擺盤嘅黑豆精美,黑豆係用日本甘露煮嘅,煙煙韌韌,好特別。

巧手廚師嘅烹調下,吃到美味新鮮又精心配搭嘅菜式,加上餐廳嘅環境舒適,景色怡人,我們今天享受了一頓很豐富嘅午餐😍🥂

主角之一澳洲龍蝦,鍾意食鐵板燒其中一個原因就係可以望住師傳嘅刀工同即席處理嘅技巧,食材新鮮,只用本身嘅蝦膏煎,龍蝦彈牙,基本上蝦膏都包裹住啲蝦肉,用埋牛油煎香,簡單好食!
