燒腩仔個皮又唔脆, D 肉又乾.... 跟本唔係燒出黎嘅....
豬頸肉就霉霉地... 少少爽都無....
同埋2個肉都無乜味... 同D 麵差唔多味....

如果唔係特登去食可能感覺會感差~
只係唔值得特登去食, 如果附近做野OR住 一試無妨~

粗麵是這裡的unique selling point,果然有一定粗度,一般食肆也不會見到,應該是特製的。
以粗麵作撈麵十分聰明,因為粗麵相對幼麵或公仔麵那種卷麵沒那麼吸汁,醬汁(主要是鼓油)淨食很鹹,但撈麵便不明顯。相反如果以卷麵來撈便會顯得過鹹了。
作為配菜的鵝腸沒有異味,亦有應有的咬勁,點了醬汁幾夠味,可惜沒有肥膏相連。
還有一碗湯,實質什麼味道我忘了,印象中是不錯的,我亦飲了清光。

Truth be told, it wasn’t what it has been hyped up to be.

It was good, but not that great, and not really worth trying again.

The noodles were nice and chewy, but the soy sauce in which they were immersed wasn’t that tasty. I was looking forward to a stronger flavour. Worse, as it was richly dark brown in colour, it fools one into thinking that it would be very flavorsome and aromatic, resulting in the bland taste to be even more of a let down. And, there could have been more sesame and spring onions to help the overall taste and texture.

I had asked to ‘走油' but the lady claimed they don’t add oil. I guess this means they don’t add additional oil on top of the already slightly oily sauce.

The meat was more impressive. The fibrous parts, or the collagen, or whatever you call it, gave a great texture, and there was no excess globs of fat lurking in between.

The sa cha sauce on the table was not that tasty to me either, but this is just my own personal taste – I know many others love it.

On a better note:

溏心酒糟蛋

Refreshing. The chillness, alcohol, bounce of the egg white, runniness of the yolk, all mesh up into a ball of joy. It tasted even better after eating the noodles.

油菜也不遑多樣,雖然祇是把油墨菜灼熟,應該是無難度,油墨菜也是新鮮翠綠,奈何店家連菜頭也奉上,對於食客進食實在有點為難,希望店方留意。

總算試過了,卻沒有任何留戀,再來的機會真的不大。

今日同大豬女友出北角, 好開心, 當然要找d好野食!唔洗諗喇, 就第一頁的第一間喇.找到店子, 當時都係6:30 倒, 店內冇人, 馬上坐下先.已做左功課, 唔洗諗, 叫了溏心蛋, 燒腩仔撈粗, 炸南瓜餅!溏心蛋真係超正, 帶點酒味, 超濃蛋味, 必一試.燒腩仔撈粗 - 叫了少油但都真係幾油. 腩仔不是6, 7 層的, 而是一層肥+一層肉.真係炸得幾乾... 失手喇~叫了少油, 但仍幾油, 預左; 麵都幾彈牙, 幾有咬口, 豉油汁今次不太濃烈, 剛好.食完冇成碗都係油, 好采!個湯胡椒味幾重. 反而又唔油.好采個南瓜餅夠爭氣, 唔油又勁熱, 南瓜味好入, 又係推介.服務正常.只是食了半飽, 兩人食了六十幾. 也ok 喇.但腩仔真的太乾了....

這間正正開在米芝蓮名小店阿鴻旁邊的撈麵小店,人氣一向也不遜色。愛吃乾撈麵的我,每次都因來此處路途遙遠的原因而卻步,如不是今天因有要緊事要辦非不得已要在附近出沒,想必到現在還是要與之緣慳一面呢....吃撈粗麵自然是光顧的唯一目的。聽說這裡的粗麵是特製的,比平常吃到的全然不同。現在看來,眼前的這箸麵條,寬度比正常的粗了一倍也不止,吃落也帶咬勁,有點麵粉香,的確是與別不同;用來撈麵的豉油帶微甜,不甚鹹,本應不差,但可惜同時也下得太多熟油進去撈,吃得人嘴巴油淋淋的,十分不好受,而且豉油量也極多,沒有仔細撈勻循過,吃完後仍剩下不少豉油在碟底,說是油浸麵還更適合些;叫了蝴蝶腩來伴麵,瘦的部份有的是韌得要吐出來的,而且有許多的都不是帶有筋膜的,看來是有點兒欺眾了....連麵上的上湯看來沒有太多師傅,不過味鹹鹹的沒帶甜味,很普通....很想吃多點肉,見有味叫酥炸豬腩肉,即叫。賣相與味道跟賣菲律賓小吃的小店內的炸肉極其相似,皮是脆啪啪的,沒有處理得過焦,而且面頭滲了不少芝蔴,甚香口,可惜這已是唯一的優點了 ---- 瘦肉部位又乾又嚡,肉汁消失得無影無踪,尤如在吃柴皮一樣,而且差不多是一點盬也沒下去醃肉的

連麵上的上湯看來沒有太多師傅,不過味鹹鹹的沒帶甜味,很普通....

很想吃多點肉,見有味叫酥炸豬腩肉,即叫。賣相與味道跟賣菲律賓小吃的小店內的炸肉極其相似
,皮是脆啪啪的,沒有處理得過焦,而且面頭滲了不少芝蔴,甚香口,可惜這已是唯一的優點了
---- 瘦肉部位又乾又嚡,肉汁消失得無影無踪,尤如在吃柴皮一樣,而且差不多是一點盬也沒下去醃肉的
,味淡得可憐....

所謂"盛興而來,敗興而回",便是這樣了
....

Been there a few times because I really like the taste of the sauce and the texture of the noodles. The first time I had the house special crispy fried pork belly, but didn't like the meat. It was tough to chew and didn't complement the noodles. Ever since then I always get the taiwanese minced beef on the paparadelle noodles - sooo yummy! The downside is the sauce is really really oily, so there's always a little pool of oil at the bottom of the bowl.

The paparadelle comes with a bowl of clear pork (I assume) broth. Most times I've had it, was really tasty (non-MSG), but last time I had it, it was quite watery and sort of tasteless.

Anyway I will continue to frequent the restaurant because it is unique and a good value at $30-$35 per meal.

早前上OPENRICE睇過這間店評價不錯..那天早下班專乘由九龍出北角 品嚐一下與女友點了 燒腩仔撈粗麵 及 鵝腸撈粗麵真的.....十分普通粗面普通醬汁普通燒腩仔普通只有鵝腸還可以..以30元一碗面的價錢來說,我寧願隨便去吃碗牛腩河再加多杯凍奶茶。下次不會再來...

那天早下班專乘由九龍出北角 品嚐一下

與女友點了 燒腩仔撈粗麵 及 鵝腸撈粗麵
真的.....十分普通

醬汁普通
燒腩仔普通

只有鵝腸還可以..
以30元一碗面的價錢來說,我寧願隨便去吃碗牛腩河再加多杯凍奶茶。

下次不會再來...

有云慢工出細貨,同樣對火侯的掌握,也反映在其撈麵上,雖然點菜後也要等好一些時間,不過看上桌的賣相,確是有點期待。灼麵和過冷河的功夫甚佳,入口的麵條煙韌而嚼頭十足,伴麵的醬汁也調教得甚佳,不外乎是沙茶醬底等調味料,也是濃而不鹹,惟麵身欠了一點香氣,建議可以下一點豬油來改善。

這近寸闊度的麵條,其質感也真的很適宜來配製撈麵,不似是粵式的風味, 看電視的紀錄片,西安的一口麵就有近似的風格,不過人家是手拉麵,這裡來自麵廠怎也差了一點,非戰之罪也。配料的酒糟腩肉味道香濃,肉質大體爽口,只是瘦肉部份硬了一點,有少許黏牙的情況出現,略有改善的餘地。
如能提升香氣的話,這麵條接近滿分,酒糟腩肉稍為硬了一點

連老闆娘也不建議我再點飽肚的東西,改為她推介的一個吉烈南瓜餅Holly Cow,即炸的外層金黃而鬆化,連一滴多餘的油份也吃不上,入口的南瓜蓉十分軟糯,卻是鮮而不甜,日式專門店也未必有這水準。

飲品有特式的乳酸梳打,有點似益力多的風味,不太甜之下消了不少滯感,比汽水有益得多了。總括來說確是壹碗好吃的麵,雖然有一點小遐疵,其特式風味加上用心的態度,已是值得一行。最後見樓下蝗蟲同學提到其撈飯也有水準,心中已盤算下一餐何時來臨。

之前見到openrice食評已經好想試,今次機緣巧合下去左北角,就試呢間。入到去得到waitress姐姐好細心(用做舞臺劇既tone ,哈哈,即有D誇張/做作)介紹之下,叫左豬大腸、豬腩濶麵同埋vegetarian油麵+油菜。豬大腸先到,一試就好impress,個腸好有層次,有肥肉,但係一層一層,一D唔似食緊大腸(in a good way),我即刻對其他食物有D期望。豬腩麵同vegetarian油麵黎到,豬腩都幾香,濶麵好特別,我自己幾鍾意,油麵有D油,所以我少食。個湯真係好香,人人都讚,真係無造馬!我一定會再回去!

我很少來北角,上次來是去阿鴻,不能來吃麵。今天男友特別來陪我一試。先來一隻溏心浸酒蛋,我在無數食友的blog、食評中看到,早就想試了!雞蛋很有蛋香,蛋黃是流心的,很好吃!美中不足的是蛋和酒的味道是分開的,其實浸了多少時間呢?浸著蛋的酒湯是上湯和酒混合而成的,有淡淡的酒香。我點了燒腩仔撈粗麵,燒腩仔的面是脆的,鹹香的肥瘦肉相間,就是有少少韌,但真的不錯!至於撈粗麵,正如羊家兄妹所說,麵的蛋味不夠,比較實,我相信這不是撈粗麵全盛時期的水準!男友的蝴蝶腩撈粗麵,我試了一塊蝴蝶腩,鹵得入味,但肉有點實…蝴蝶腩是連著肺部的一塊小肉,形狀就像蝴蝶,筋肉相連,是非常好吃的部份!不過男友不太喜歡筋的…男友顯然覺得撈粗麵不夠味,他想找調味料,但他看看沙茶醬又放下了…阿姐奉上豬骨清湯兩碗,應該是沒下味精的,吃麵後用來清清味蕾,很合適!今次,我竟然把美味的沙茶醬拋諸腦後,下次我會再來試的!希望粗麵的水準可以回復吧!
