碗入面仲有2舊蕃茄,食落口淋嘅,但不是煮熟到爛爛地個種淋,有點可惜。

一直以來教十分鍾情於蕃茄湯底,今日同埋寶寶出街,佢地餐廳有提供bb櫈就入左黎食喇。店員好快就拎左bb櫈比我地,同時提醒我地可以把餐枱移近寶寶,防止寶寶跌落地,十分貼心。我點左牛肉蕃茄湯烏冬牛肉唔會太過肥,唔會太過韌,剛剛好。湯底唔會太酸,味道剛剛好。餐廳環境都唔錯,枱與枱之間唔會太擠迫,空間感好足夠。

吉列豬扒既質素好普通,我唔會特別推介。相反麵豉雞扒就好好味,我會推介大家去食


麵豉雞扒好香麵豉既味道,不過麵豉香味唔係好濃,所以要個口腔無食其他好濃味既味道先食到

雞扒煎香左,皮脆脆的但係肉質又嫩滑。呢個雞扒友人都話好好食(但係佢話食唔到麵豉既味道)

講完D 餸就講蕃茄烏冬先

蕃茄味道夠濃,每一啖烏冬都要配埋D 湯黎食啊!不過蕃茄先得兩舊,俾盡先得半個蕃茄,食得唔夠喉啊

讚歧烏冬口感煙靭,而且可以沾上更多湯,唔似普通烏冬咁滑捊捊索唔到汁

烏冬餐份量好足夠,友人都食得飽飽。而我本身係細胃人士,食完呢個之後就更加飽到上心口呀!

我唔係黃金脷,呢間連鎖店既野食已經好岩我口味好滿意了!

滄海遺珠!原來有幾次的飲食經歷未同大家分享,便從甘味開始吧!在年頭1月左右,記得同朋友剛好在銅鑼灣辦完事,見大家都肚餓了,便在皇室堡覓食,見很多食店門外很多人等位,我們只想醫肚,發現甘味有位,便決定入內食飯了!其實,雖然有位,但也差不多坐無虛席了!看見餐牌,價錢在銅鑼灣來說算是可以接受。朋友病剛好,於是叫了個鰻魚柳川讚岐烏龍$72;我叫了麵豉燒雞扒蕃茄湯讚岐烏冬$62(兩個都是不包飲品,但有茶供應)。先是朋友的鰻魚柳川讚岐烏龍端來,大家滿以為$72鰻魚烏冬,應該是分開另上,但原來只得數片很薄的鰻魚在烏冬上?!朋友請了一片給我吃,口感只屬一般,心裡很為朋友不值!但到我的麵豉燒雞扒番茄湯讚岐烏冬上桌,只是相差$10,但我的雞扒是一碟另上,而且蕃茄烏冬也很大碗,味道和口感很正宗,不算差呀!但始終朋友的鰻魚烏冬為何又少?口感又差?還要比我的貴呢?真的耐人尋味?

先是朋友的鰻魚柳川讚岐烏龍端來,大家滿以為$72鰻魚烏冬,應該是分開另上,但原來只得數片很薄的鰻魚在烏冬上?!朋友請了一片給我吃,口感只屬一般,心裡很為朋友不值!


但到我的麵豉燒雞扒番茄湯讚岐烏冬上桌,只是相差$10,但我的雞扒是一碟另上,而且蕃茄烏冬也很大碗,味道和口感很正宗,不算差呀!


但始終朋友的鰻魚烏冬為何又少?口感又差?還要比我的貴呢?真的耐人尋味?

去完維園睇燈飾 又要係銅鑼灣覓食 夜晚8點半左右 大部分餐廳都唔係太需要等位 見到有甘味 中等價錢 就入左去食🤓吉列豬扒讚岐手打烏冬 $58本來想嘗試蕃茄湯底 不過想清淡啲 就揀左清湯! 清湯都好夠味 食到用魚淆制 亦都唔會太咸! 烏冬普普通通 不過都好彈牙 有咬口! 反而吉列豬扒就出左事😭 炸得太厚粉 而且一咬落去成口油 同埋都偏乾身 如果選擇其他配料會更好 份量方面 都算岩岩好! 價錢方面 係銅鑼灣夜晚覓食 我諗呢個價錢應該都算係唔太貴既餐廳!

環境3分:正常日式麵店格局,舖位大又唔迫,正常三分。衛生3分:地方幾乾淨,餐具响曬枱自己拎,有紙巾任用,都係正常三分。服務3分:人人都係填紙落單,全餐零對話,哥仔快手快腳,正常三分。味道1分:1)     個讚岐手打烏冬呢就好彈牙,但係個湯淡某某,要扣一分。2)     壽司拼盤有八件,份量就有,但係質量就麻麻至極,最正常竟然係個假蟹柳,舊吞拿魚同蝦最唔好食,帶子同三文魚都過得去啦,但一定唔畀得高分。3)     個麵豉湯咸到呢,加水都沖唔淡,再扣多分。抵食1分:七十幾蚊食個壽司烏冬午餐本嚟就算正常價,但係唔好食到唔想返轉頭,一定唔抵食。

曾經講過不再食甘味,因為對上嘅經歷都不是那麼好,今日因爲其他地方都多人,唯獨佢唔洗等位,所以都冇計。今次分別叫左牛肉鍋燒烏冬同滑蛋猪扒撈烏冬。先講前者,哇個師傅睇黎好忙,忙到連調味嘅時間都冇,先飲啖湯,完全冇味,最後要落豉油至於d牛肉,一黎肥肉略多,二黎好韌,整體一個字,差!烏冬就正常。而至於後者,唉,前後2樣野食相差成15分鐘先上枱,點搞呀!我知撈或多或少都有湯或水,但似乎真係多左d。猪扒同烏冬都尚算可以,不過已經彌補唔到!甘味,唉,真係冇下次了,怕!PS. 有個男員工不停上錯野,記錯枱號。

今日終於考完試,所以要食飯慶祝,朋友特別推介甘味,就特登黎左銅鑼灣午市套餐選擇幾多,有烏冬、壽司、刺身飯等等,附送餐飲雞扒番茄烏冬$56甘味既番茄烏冬好出名,算係招牌菜用上讚歧烏冬,有彈性又滑,番茄湯濃雞扒煎得香脆,剪成小塊易入口,肉質軟嫩,又唔會太油膩烏冬配壽司拼盤$68有吞拿魚、三文魚、帶子、蟹棒、加州卷等等,算幾鮮甜,但壽司飯略為鬆散角切魚生飯$68有多款魚生,包括吞拿魚、三文魚、貝類,配上青瓜、玉子同紫菜算係幾豐富,都幾新鮮,配料分量亦頗多,都幾滿意!
